Ադրբեջանը «էն գլխից» էլ Ռուսաստանին չի վստահել ու քամահրանքով է վերաբերվել: Այդ մասին են խոսում Հեյդար Ալիևի անկեղծ հայտարարությունները ԱՄՆ նախագահ Քլինթոնի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
Ռուսական «Ռեգնում» լրատվական գործակալությունը հրապարակել է Ադրբեջանի նախկին նախագահ Հեյդար Ալիևի և ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Բիլ Քլինթոնի զրույցից հատված:
Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորմանը, Հեյդար Ալիևը նշում է հետևյալը. «Ադրբեջանի համար առավել բարդ հիմնախնդիրը ԼՂ հակամարտությունն է: Ես Ձեզ ներկայացրի մանրամասները հանդիպման ժամանակ: Այդ մենք ենք ցանկացել, որպեսզի ԱՄՆ-ն դառնա Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ: Մենք շատ ջանք ենք ներդրել դրա համար: Մենք ձեզ ավելի շատ ենք վստահում, քան որևէ մեկին, և կարծում ենք՝ ԱՄՆ-ն կարող է ավելի մեծ դերակատարում ունենալ, քան որևիցե մեկը: Նույնիսկ երեխաները Ադրբեջանում հավատում են նախագահ Քլինթոնին»:
Մինչ Հեյդարի խոսքի օճառային ու քծնախառը հատվածին անդրադառնալը նշենք, որ սույնով Իլհամի հայրը փաստել է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի վստահում Ֆրանսիային և Ռուսաստանին, ավելին՝ ՄԽ համանախագահներից հույսը կապում է միայն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: Իսկ որդի Ալիևի հայտարարություններից, մասնավորապես՝ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահների ու նրանց վստահել-չվստահելու, ԼՂ հակամարտությունը ներքին հարց համարելու, ամեն առիթով Մինսկի ձևաչափը քարկոծելու վերաբերյալ, համոզում են, որ Հեյդարը անկեղծ է ասել այդ ամենը կամ անկեղծության բավականին չափաբաժին եղել ասվածի մեջ, քան լիարժեք քծնանքն է: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ Ադրբեջանի տրամադրությունները եռանախագահներից ոմանց առաջնահերթություն տալու հարցով բավականին փոխվել են Հեյդարի անակնկալ մահից հետո, իսկ թե ինչը կամ ով է նպաստել դրան, հայտնի չէ...
Այսպիսով՝ գոնե մեզ համար փաստենք, որ Ադրբեջանը երբեք էլ չի թաքցրել ռուսական ազդեցության գոտուց դուրս գալու իր ցանկությունների և ամեն հնարավոր առիթով հոխորտալու, քամահրական դիրքորոշում հայտնելու առումով, և ինչպես դեպքերն ու իրադարձությունների զարգացումներն են ցույց տալիս, այդ դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվել, եթե չհաշվենք ռուսական սպառազինության առքուվաճառքով պայմանավորված «բարեկամությունը»: Թե այս «մեսիջից» ռուսական կողմում ինչ հետևություններ են արել, կարելի է միայն կռահել ու ենթադրություններ անել:
Փաստն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը ինչքան էլ քծնում է այս կամ այն նախագահի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, այնուամենայնիվ, չի թաքցնում իրողությունը, ինչը և հայտարարվել է Հեյդարի շուրթերով:
