Պատրաստման եղանակը Հավի փափկամիսը համաչափ շերտերով կտրատում ենք: Մսի կտորները դնում ենք կաթսայի մեջ, վրան լցնում սոյայի սոուսը, բուսայուղը, քացախը (կամ կիտրոնահյութը), ճզմած սխտորը և աղ ու պղպեղ ենք ավելացնում: Գդալով լավ խառնում ենք ու 60 րոպե կամ ավելի երկար թողնում, որ մարինացվի: Վերցնում ենք 20 սմ երկարությամբ փայտիկները և մսի կտորները ծակելով անցկացնում ենք վրան: Հետո պտտում ենք առանցքի շուրջը: Թավայի մեջ մի քիչ բուսայուղ ենք լցնում և լավ տաքացնում: Փայտիկները դնում ենք թավայի մեջ և 2-3 րոպե տապակում միջինից ուժեղ կրակի վրա: Շրջում ենք, տապակում ևս 2-3 րոպե, որպեսզի բոլոր կողմերին ախորժելի կեղև առաջանա: Հետո կրակը թուլացնում ենք, կափարիչը ծածկում ու 5-6 րոպե եփում մինչ պատրաստ լինելը:
