ԱՌԱՋԻՆ / Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի կառավարությունը, որ առաջիկա օրերին, համաձայն գործող Սահմանադրության, կդադարեցնի իր գործունեությունը, այդպես էլ որևէ առանձնահատկությամբ աչքի չընկավ՝ բացառությամբ, թերևս, իր դրսևորած անսպառ էներգիայի ու տնտեսության ցանկացած հարցի վերաբերյալ ունեցած պատրաստի լուծումների առկայության:
Կառավարության անդամներից և ոչ մեկը այդպես էլ չդրսևորվեց որպես անհատականություն, իր գործունեության ընթացքում չառանձնացավ որպես գործիչ: Այս ամիսների ընթացքում նրանք կային և մնացին որպես վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի կողմից անցկացվող կառավարության նիստերի մասնակիցներ, որպես վարչապետի խոսքը լուռ ու անխոնջ իրականացնել փորձողներ: Այդ սահմաններից դուրս ոչ մի ինքնուրույն միտք, առավել ևս՝ քայլ:
Այս կառավարության հրաժարականը դեռևս չհնչեցրած հանրապետության նախագահի և վարչապետի միջև ընթանում են ակտիվ քննարկումներ նոր կառավարության կազմի շուրջ: Որ գործող կազմից որոշները նորից կընդգրկվեն նոր թիմում՝ միանշանակ է: Բայց որ այն որոշակիորեն կթարմացվի, նոր դեմքեր կհայտնվեն՝ նույնպես պարզ է: Հասկանալի է, որ, ինչպես միշտ, այս անգամ էլ կառավարության անդամների ընտրության հիմքում դրվելու է զուտ յուրային լինելու սկզբունքը: Եվ քանի որ կառավարությունը կազմավորվում է հանրապետության նախագահի ու վարչապետի «փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ», այն ստացվում է բավականին խայտաբղետ: Հասկանալիորեն նոր կառավարությունը ևս կազմվելու է նույն՝ խայտաբղետության սկզբունքով. նախագահի թիմի նախարարներ, նախագահի թիմի դաշնակցական նախարարներ և վարչապետի նախարարներ:
