Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում անչափահաս աղջկա սպանության գործով ամբաստանյալ Արսեն Խոջայանը դատապարտվել է 9 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արսեն Խոջայանի պաշտպան Աննա Մեժլումյանը:
Արսեն Խոջայանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2016 թվականին հունիսի 24-ին ժամը 20-ի սահմաններում Բերդ-Վերին Կարմիր Աղբյուր ավտոճանապարհի 7-րդ կմ հատվածում իր մոր հասցեին տրված հայհոյանքի պատճառով առաջացած վիճաբանության ժամանակ դիտավորությամբ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել նույն գյուղի անչափահաս բնակչուհի, 1999 թվականին ծնված Աստղիկ Հանիսյանի պարանոցի և որովայնի շրջանում, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս ստացած կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է:
Նրան մեղադանք էր առաջադրվել քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի առաջին մասով (սպանությունը՝ ապօրինաբար մեկ ուրիշին դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելը պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ վեցից տասներկու տարի ժամկետով):
