 Սյունիքի ազատ տնտեսական գոտու հիմնական նպատակը Հայաստանում ներդրումային ծավալի և մեր երկրից արտահանման պոտենցիալի մեծացումն է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին ապրիլի 19-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց «Սյունիքիազատ տնտեսական գոտի» ՍՊԸ-ի խորհրդինախագահ, առևտրաարդյունաբեականպալատի ներդրումային հանձնաժողովինախագահ Սարգիս Աղաբեկյանը: Նրա խոսքով` գոտին հնարավորություն է տալիս, որպեսզի ԵԱՏՄ-ի և Իրանի միջև ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալները մեծանան:

«Ներկայումս ՌԴ-ի և Մաքսային միության միջև կոմունիկացիաների բացակայության պատճառով ապրանքաշրջանառության հետ կապված բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ կան: Գոտու առավելագույն խնդիրներից մեկը կայանալու է նրանում, որ արտադրական հզորություններ ներգրավենք Իրանից, Մաքսային միությունից, ստեղծենք աշխատատեղեր, խթանենք Սյունիքում ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը և մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնենք սահմանամերձ գոտիների համաչափ զարգացմանը»,- ասաց Աղաբեկյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` ՀՀ կառավարությունն, ընդառաջ գնալով շահագործողին, այնպիսի պայմաններ է ստեղծել, որ ԱՏԳ-ում կարելի է ցանկացած գործունեություն իրականացնել: Աղաբեկյանը նշեց, որ իրենց խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծեն Հայաստան կապիտալների հոսք ապահովելու համար:

«Մենք ողջունում ենք կառավարության նման մոտեցումը, որ կոնկրետ գործնական քայլով ստեղծվեց հստակ մեխանիզմ նշված խնդիրները լուծելու համար»,- ասաց նա` հավելելով, որ գոտում ապրանքների բազմաթիվ զանգված է ներկայացված` գյուղմթերքների վերամշակում, ջրերի շշալցում և Իրանում վաճառք, սարքավորումների արտադրություն և այլն: Նրա ներկայացմամբ` ԱՏԳ-ում եղած պահեստների շնորհիվ հնարավոր է երրորդ երկրների և Իրանի հետ ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալներ կազմակերպել: ԱՏԳ-ն հատուկ ճկուն գործիք է ապահովում , որպեսզի տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներն իրենց րջանառու միջոցները չսառեցնեն: Այսինքն` այն խմբաքանակը, որն անհրաժեշտ է շուկայի համար, տվյալ պահեստներում կպահեն:

«Միկրոտնտեսական հաշվարկներով դիտարկելու դեպքում ԱՏԳ-ի շնորհիվ, զուտ ինքնարժեքի տեսանկյունից, որոշակի ապրանքների գները կէժանան 25-27 տոկոսով: Մենք մեխանիզմներ ձևավորելու ենք ոչ միայն Հայաստանի համար, այլ նաև պատուհան ենք լինելու Մաքսային միության և հարավի միջև: Ապրանքների ինքնարժեքների մեջ կարևորագույն կոմպոնենտներից մեկը էներգիան է: էներգակիրների առումով մենք ունենում ենք բացարձակ մրցունակ գին: Տվյալ ծրագիրը ներառում է առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի, տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտի և պետության փոխհարաբերությունները: Ես ՀՀ-ի պատմության մջ չգիտեմ այդպիսի դեպք, որ գործարար համայնքը, պետությունը և առանձին պատասխանատու տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտը փորձեն համատեղ ծրագիր իրականացնել տևական ժամանակահատվածում` 50 տարում, որը կարող մակրոտնտեսական և միկրոտնտեսական բավական մեծ նշանակություն ունենալ թե կոնկրետ Սյունիքի տարածաշրջանի, թե Իրանի հետ ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալի մեծացման, թե մեր հասարակության սոցիալական վիճակի բարելավման համար»,- ասաց «Սյունիքի ազատ տնտեսական գոտի» ՍՊԸ-ի խորհրդի նախագահը:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` հենց վաղվանից կսկսվեն գոտու նախագծման աշխատանքները, ինչից հետո ինժեներական կառույցների շինարարությունը, որոնք պետք է պատշաճ մտածված լինեն, ապահովեն այն հզորությունները, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են Մաքսային միության տարածքը թե առևտրի, թե սպասարկման ուղղությամբ զարգացնելու համար: Սյունիքի ազատ տնտեսական գոտու շահագործման ցանկալի ժամկետը նախատեսված է մինչև հոկտեմբերի 15-ը, իսկ վերջնաժամկետը նախատեսված է մեկ տարի անց:
