Լավրովը դեմ չէ աբխազական ճանապարհով Հայաստան և Վրաստան բեռների տարանցման վերականգմանը

Ռուսական կողմը որևէ խնդիր չունի Աբխազիայի տարածքով Հայաստան և Վրաստան բեռների տարանցումը վերականգնելու համար։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը՝ Աբխազիայի նախագահ Ռաուլ Խաջիմբայի հետ բանակցություններից հետո հրավիրված ասուլիսում: «Sputnik Աբխազիան»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Լավրովը նշել է, որ նույնիսկ իրավական հիմք կա դրա համաÖ €. դրանք են «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Առևտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության միջև 2011 թվականին ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները»։
«Մենք գիտենք, որ մեր հայ գործընկերները շահագրգռված են տարանցումը վերականգնելու հարցում։ Այսօր Աբխազիայի նախագահն էլ ասաց, որ դեմ չէ։ Այդ պատճառով դա արդեն ոչ թե մեզնից է կախված, այլ` մյուս երկրներից, որտեղով իրականացվում է տարանցումը», - ավելացրել է նա։
Նախագահ Ռաուլ Խաջիմբայի խոսքով՝ երթուղու բացումը դրական կանդրադառնա նաև երկրի տնտեսության վրա։ «Դա թույլ կտա լրացուցիչ միջոցներ ունենալ, չեմ կասկածում, որ գործընթացը կարող է լուծում ստանալ»,- ընդգծել է Խաջիմբան։
Վրացագետ Ալիկ Էրոյանցը, մեկնաբանելով հնչած հայտարարությունները, կարծիք է հայտնել, որ կան բազմաթիվ խոչընդոտներ, որոնց հաղթահարումը դեռևս այդքան էլ հեշտ գործ չէ: «Թվում է, թե նշված շահագրգիռ՝ 4 կողմերից և ոչ մեկը դեմ չէ Ռուսաստանից Աբխազիայի, ապա նաև Վրաստանի տարածքով Հայաստան և հակառակ ուղղությամբ բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացման գործընթացն իրականություն դարձնելուն, սակայն, միևնույն ժամանակ, ռուս-վրացական հարաբերությունների լարվածության ֆոնին՝ կապված նույն աբխազական և հարավօսական հարցերի հետ, խոչընդոտները հաղթահարելը դեևս այնքան էլ հեշտ գործ չէ»,- այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել վրացագետը:
Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը ապրիլի 18-ին Աբխազիա է մեկնել աշխատանքային երկօրյա այցով։Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարն ու Աբխազիայի նախագահ Ռաուլ Խաջիմբան մասնակցել են ԱբխազիայումՌուսաստանի դեսպանատան նոր շենքի պաշտոնական բացման արարողությանը։
