Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հոկտեմբերի 5-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ուսուցչի օրվա առթիվ: Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Սիրելի՛ ուսուցիչներ, Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ:

Ամեն տարի մենք ավանդաբար նշում ենք այս տոնը' որպես ուսուցչի չափազանց կարեւոր ու պատվաբեր աշխատանքի արժեւորման եւ նրանց հանդեպ մեր երախտիքի արտահայտության դրսեւորում: Դա այն եզակի մասնագիտություններից է, որ միշտ բարձր է գնահատվել ժողովրդի կողմից, վայելել շրջապատի սերն ու հարգանքը: Դարեր շարունակ ուսուցիչը ոչ միայն կրթում ու դաստիարակում էր մատաղ սերնդին, այլ նաեւ ամենաբարդ իրավիճակներում օգնում է մարդկանց իր իմաստուն խրատներով ու խորհուրդներով: Եվ պատահական չէ, որ հին ժամանակներում ժողովուրդն իր մեծերին ուսուցիչ էր անվանում:

Այսօր էլ ուսուցիչն իր արժանի տեղն է զբաղեցնում մեր հասարակության մեջ: Վստահ եմ' բոլոր աշակերտներն էլ հետագայում մեծ սիրով ու ջերմությամբ են հիշում իրենց ուսուցիչներին, նրանց, ովքեր, հավատարիմ այդ բարձր կոչմանը, ջանասիրաբար իրենց գիտելիքներն ու փորձը փոխանցում են դպրոցի շեմին ոտք դրած երեխաներին, օգնում նրանց դառնալ հայրենիքին պիտանի մարդիկ:

Պետությունը միշտ առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում կրթության ու գիտության ոլորտը, առաջնահերթ լուծում տալիս այստեղ առկա խնդիրներին, իրականացնում տարբեր ծրագրեր' դպրոցների կառուցման ու վերակառուցման, արդի պահանջներին համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծման, կրթության մակարդակի շարունակական բարձրացման ուղղությամբ:

Թանկագի՛ն բարեկամներ, մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ Ուսուցչի օրվա առթիվ եւ մաղթում խաղաղություն, քաջառողջություն, երջանկություն ու ամենայն բարիք»:
