Հայաստանում ակտիվորեն զարգանում է էլեկտրոնային վճարումների գործընթացը

«Ամերիաբանկ»-ը կազմակերպել էր Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի և զարգացման հեռանկարների թեմայով պանելային քննարկում, որտեղ ներկայացվեցին էլեկտրոնային առևտրի զարգացումներն աշխարհում և Հայաստանում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ քննարկման մոդերատորն էր «Ամերի աբանկ» ՓԲԸ մանրածախ գործառնությունների գծով տնօրեն Արման Բարեղյանը, իսկ խոսնակներին էին «Յուքոմ» ՍՊԸ կոմերցիոն տնօրեն Արամ Բարեղյանը, «ԱրմենՏել» ՓԲԸ կոմերցիոն տնօրեն Հայկ Կարապետյանը, «Մենյու Գրուփ» ընկերության հիմնադիր Վահան Քերոբյանը, «ՋԻՋԻ» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Արտաշես Թովմասյանը, «Հելիքս կոնսալտինգ» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Արամ Մխիթարյանը և «Ամերիաբանկ» ՓԲԸ տեխնոլոգիաների և գործառնությունների գծով տնօրեն Բուրաստան Մովսիսյանը:
«Ամերիաբանկ»-ի վճարային քարտերի բաժնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը թվերի տեսքով ներկայացրեց ամբողջ աշխարհում և Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի զարգացման վիճակը: Նրա ներկայացմամբ՝ էլեկտրոնային վճարումների ոլորտն ամենազարգացողներից է աշխարհում: Ամբողջ աշխարհում էլեկտրոնային գնումներ իրականացնողների թիվը գերազանցում է 1 մլրդ 400 մլն-ը, իսկ մեկ գնորդի կողմից համացանցի միջավայրում ծախսվող տարեկան միջին գումարը կազմում է 1500 դոլար: Ամբողջ աշխարհի մանրածախ առևտրի յոթ տոկոսը կազմում է ինտերնետ միավայրում կատարված գործարքները: Համաշխարհային ՀՆԱ-ի 3.11 տոկոսը ձևավորվում է էլեկտրոնային առևտրի շնորհիվ: 2016 թվականին էլեկտրոնային առևտրի քանակը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել էր 17,5 տոկոսով: Ինտերնետ առևտրի ամենաակտիվ տարածաշրջանը Ասիական և խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանն է:
«Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի հիմնական աճը եղել է 2015 և 2016 թվականներին և այն շարունակական է: 2015-ին ծավալային աճը կազմել է 89, իսկ 2016-ին՝ 80 տոկոս: Եթե համեմատենք ծավալային և քանակային աճերի ցուցանիշները միմյանց հետ, ապա կտեսնենք, որ մեկ գործարքի միջին արժեքն ավելացել է»,- նշեց նա:
«Ամերիա» խումբն իրականացրել է հետազոտություն հարցման միջոցով, ըստ որի, ՀՀ մարզերում էլեկտրոնային գնում վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում իրականացրել են մարդկանց 18 տոկոսը, իսկ Երևանում՝ 21: Իսկ գործարքների համար ամենաակտիվ խումբը եղել է 25-34 տարիքային հատվածի քաղաքացիները, իսկ ամենապասիվը՝ 55-ից բարձր տարիքային խումբն է՝ 3 տոկոս:
Ըստ հարցման` էլեկտրոնային առևտուր իրականացնողների մեծ մասը կատարում է գործարքներ արտերկրից ապրանքների ձեռքբերման ուղղությամբ: Իսկ «Ամերիաբանկ»-ի ներսում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի ծավալային աճը 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում կազմել է 2,1 անգամ: Ներկայումս «Ամերիաբանկ»-ն ունի ինտերնետ միջավայրում գործող 201 գործընկեր կազմակերպություններ:
