Ребятки, добрый вечер,мне нужна ваша помощь,точнее совет.Прошел уже месяц , как я и муж решили начать новую жизнь и взяться за себя ( уже в сотый раз , но сейчас не об этом ) ... Так вот, в течении первых двух недель мы потеряли по 10 кг каждый , а последние 2 недели вес то стоит, то гуляет +- 1 кг.... Я прекрасно понимаю , что сначала уходила вода, поэтому процесс был настолько быстрый и стремительный, но в последние две недели я увеличила активность - начала ходить в зал , больше двигаться , чтобы ещё стремительней увидеть результат, но ничего не случилось,у меня вопрос именно психологический... как вы себя успокаиваете, мотивируете в такие моменты ???? Когда весь день ешь исключительно правильную пищу , ничего вредного не позволяешь , начал активничать так, как никогда не активничал и тут - на тебе ..+ 500 грамм , потом ещё 2 дня их убирать ... как вы справляетесь ?
