ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարության նիստում Ճանապարհաշինության և միասնական երթուղային ցանցի վերաբերյալ հանձնարարական տվեց: «Բազմիցս նշել եմ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակավայրերի ճանապարհային և տրանսպորտային հասանելիության մակարդակը բավարար չէ: Միջպետական, հանրապետական և մարզային նշանակության ավտոճանապարհների առկա վիճակը պահանջում է ակտիվ միջամտություն և լրացուցիչ ֆինանսակա ռեսուրսներ: Խիստ անհրաժեշտ եմ համարում նաև հանրապետությունում երթուղային ցանցի արդիականացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների անհապաղ իրականացումը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը՝ ավելացնելով, որ տվյալ խնդիրների շուրջ ունեցել են քննարկումներ` վերջերս ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարություն իր այցի ընթացքում:
Կարեն Կարապետյանը ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարին հանձնարարեց 1-ամսյա ժամկետում գնահատել միջպետական, հանրապետական և մարզային նշանակության ճանապարհների տեխնիկական վիճակը, դրանց հիմնանորոգման այլընտրանքային տարբերակները, տալ համապատասխան ֆինանսական գնահատական, մշակել առաջնահերթությունների վրա հիմնված 5 տարվա աշխատանքային ծրագիր և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել տվյալ աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ:
Հանձնարարվեց գնահատել ճանապարհների շահագործման գործող պայմանագրերի գործողությունը 5-10 տարի երկարաձգելու և մրցույթների կազմակերպման ոլորտում կապալառու-սպասարկող միասնական մոդելի ներդրման նպատակահարմարությունը և ներկայացնել տվյալ աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ:
Միաժամանակ, վարչապետը ՀՀ մարզպետներին հանձնարարեց 2-
ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունը մինչև 2017 թվականի հունիսի 1-ը պետք է մշակի և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնի միասնական երթուղային ցանցի ստեղծման տեխնիկական առաջադրանքը:
«Նախարարին նաև հանձնարարում եմ հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել ճանապարհներին կատարվող աշխատանքներին՝ վերանորոգմանն ու շինարարությանը, ճանապարհային նշաններին, ինչպես նաև կարգապահությանը: Բազմիցս այցերի ժամանակ տեսել ենք, որ 9:30-ին կամ 17:30 աշխատանքի վայրում մարդ չկա: Դուք այդ վերահսկողությունը կազմակերպեք՝ ներգրավելով տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին»,- ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
