Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու մեջ առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է ամրապնդել տիրոջ զգացումը՝ հայրենասիրական դաստիարակությունն ամրապնդելու համար: «Ազգ-բանակ-2017» խորագրով համաժողովի ժամանակ իր ելույթում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: «Երկրի ամենալավ պաշտպանն այն մարդն է, ով գիտակցում է իր բաժին պատասխանատվությունը հայրենիքի համար: Պատասխանատվությունը վերացական և վեամբարձ հասկացություն չէ: Պատասխանատու է այն մարդը, ով ունի գոնե իր սեփական անկյունը: Եթե անգամ չունի, վստահ է, որ իր ազնիվ աշխատանքով այդ անկյունը վաստակելու է: Այդ մարդը ոչ միայն ստեղծելու է անկյունը, այլ ընդլայնելու է այն, դարձնելու է իր ընտանեկան օջախը: Եվ այդ միջավայրում է նա դաստիարակելու իր զավակներին, ովքեր տոգորվելու են այդ նույն սեփականատիրոջ զգացումով: Սա, իմ խորին համոզմամբ, ամենալավ հայրենասիրական դաստիարակությունն է: Առանց հայրենի հողին կառչած տղամարդկանց ու կանանց հնարավոր չէ որևէ հայրենասիրական դաստիարակություն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց ՀՀ Նախագահը:

Նա հավելեց, որ միայն այդպիսի սեփականատիրոջ զգացումով տոգորված կանայք և տղամարդիկ կարող են դաստիարակել զավակներ, ովքեր նվիրված են իրենց հայրենիքին, իրենց հողին ու ջրին: «Նման մարդկանց հայրենասիրական կոչեր և քարոզներ պետք չեն: Նրանք անմիջապես զգում են վտանգը, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ոտքի են կանգնում իրենց երկիրը պաշտպանելու համար: Նման վերաբերմունքի ամրապնդմանն ու խրախուսմանն են ուղղված այն բարեփոխումները, որ իրականացվում են մեր երկրում»,- ասաց Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

ՀՀ Նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ գալիք մի քանի տարիները որոշիչ են լինելու այդ ճանապարհին: Նրա խոսքով՝ փոփոխություններն արմատական են ու զգալի և շոշափելի են լինելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու համար:

Համաժողովին մասնակցում են պաշտպանական և կրթական գերատեսչությունների պատասխանատուներ, հանրակրթական և բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներ, ուսուցիչներ, դասախոսներ, զինղեկեր, գիտական կենտրոնների, ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչներ: Համաժողովի շրջանակում նախատեսված է հագեցած մրցութային ծրագիր, սահմանված են հատուկ մրցանակներ հաղթողների համար: Կկազմակերպվեն նաև հանդիպումներ Արցախյան ազատամարտի վետերանների ու ապրիլյան մարտական գործողությունների մասնակիցների հետ:
