Էլեկտրոնային առևտրի զարգացման նպատակներից մեկն ընկերությունների օպերացիոն ծախսերի կրճատումն է

«Յուքոմ» ընկերությունը խրախուսում է Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի զարգացումը` օպերացիոն ծախսերի կրճատման նպատակով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին «Ամերիաբանկ»-ի կողմից կազմակերպված «էլեկտրոնային առևտրի զարգացման հեռանկարները» թեմայով պանելային քննարկման ժամանակ  ասաց «Յուքոմ» ՍՊԸ կոմերցիոն տնօրեն Արամ Բարսեղյանը: Նրա դիտարկմամբ` մարդի կ, որքան քիչ են այցելում սպասարկման կենտրոններ, այնքան քիչ ծախսեր է կատարում ընկերությունը:

«Հայաստանում կա էլեկտրոնային առևտրի զարգացման միտումը: Մեր ընկերությունում նախորդ տարվա համեմատ 20 տոկոսով աճել են էլեկտրոնային վճարման քանակները: Չնայած դրան, կարծում եմ, որ մարդիկ խուսափում են էլեկտրոնային առևտրից, քանի որ կա մարդկանց տարիքային հատված, ովքեր միգուցե դեռ վախենում են վճարումներ կատարել բջջային հեռախոսով: Ծառայությունների վճարումն է ավելանում և, կարծում եմ, այն ունի իր բացատրությունը: Հայաստանում էլէկտրոնային առևտրով զբաղվող կազմակերպությունների մոտ ավելի շատ փոքր ծավալի ապրանքների գնումն է գերակշռում»,- ասաÖ Բարսեղյանը:

«Յուքոմ» ՍՊԸ կոմերցիոն տնօրենի կարծիքով` մեր երկրում առևտուր կատարելը ավանդույթ է դարձել, չնայած որ մյուս կողմից, ռեստորաններից ինչ-բան պատվիրելը շատերի համար դարձել է սովորական բան: Նա հավելեց, որ որքան ավելանան նման ընկերությունները, այն կխթանի էլեկտրոնային առևտրի զարգացումը:

«ԱրմենՏել» ՓԲԸ կոմերցիոն տնօրեն Հայկ Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում հեռահաղորդակցության ընկերությունների կողմից որոշակի ֆինանսական փոխանցումների ներդնելու նպատակը հեռավոր գյուղերից վճարողներ հավաքագրելն էր:

«Սակայն, ցավոք սրտի, դրանք դրամական փոխանցումներից շատ հեռու գործարքներ են, քանի որ Հայաստանում դրանք սահմանափակ են: Կարծում եմ, մեր երկրում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի քանակը շատ մեծ է, քանի որ դրանց մեծ մասը կանխիկով վճարված էլեկտրոնային պատվերներն են, և դրանք էլ կարելի է համարել էլեկտրոնային առևտուր: Հայաստանում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի զարգացման համար հարկավոր է հնարավորություն տալ բջջային օպերատորներին վերադարձնել կանխավճարների մի մասը դեպի բանկային համակարգ»,- ասաց նա` հավելելով, որ այդ դեպքում կմեծանա նաև բանկային պորտֆելը, և կզարգնան էլեկտրոնային կոմերցիայի հնարավորությունները: 

«Հելիքս կոնսալտինգ» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Արամ Մխիթարյանի խոսքով` էլեկտրոնային առևտրի խնդիրները միայն տեխնիկական չեն և միայն վճարային քարտերի հետ կապված չեն:

«Խնդիրները հիմնականում վերաբերում են ապրանքներին, ոչ թե ծառայություններին: Կա կարծիք, որ հայերն ապրանքը գնելուց առաջ սիրում են շոշափել: Եթե պատվիրող քաղաքացու կողմին իրն անհայտ է` համարվում է, որ հայերը պատրաստ չեն էլեկտրոնային առևտուր իրականացնելուն»,-ասաց նա` նշելով, որ էլէկտրոնային տարբերակով քարտային գործարքները բավականին շատ են արվում Հայաստանում, բայց գումարային կտրվածքով դրանց ծավալը բարձր է արտասահմանյան գործարքների դեպքում:

Մխիթարյանը նաև հավելեց, որ էլեկտրոնային առևտրի գործընթացում տեխնիկական խնդիրները հետզհետե լուծվում են: Նրա կարծիքով` վիրտուալ փողը ծախսելը բավականին հեշտ է, իսկ եթե ընկերությունները հեշտացրել են էլեկտրոնային առևտուր իրականացնելու քայլերը, ապա մարդիկ ավելի շատ են սկսելու ծախսել:
