Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց «ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծին, որի ընդունմամբ իրավական կարգավորում կստանան քննչական պրակտիկայում տեղ գտած մի շարք արարքների քրեականացման և դրանց համար քրեական պատասխանատվության սահմանման հարցերը:

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ նախագծով առաջարկվող լրացումներով և փոփոխություններով հստակեցվում են դատախազի, քննիչի կամ հետաքննություն կատարող անձի գործունեությանը ցանկացած ձևով միջամտելու եղանակները, սուտ ցուցմունք կամ կեղծ եզրակացություն տալու կամ ակնհայտ սխալ թարգմանություն կատարելու համար մինչդատական վարույթում պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու իրավահարաբերությունը:

«Օրինագծով առաջարկվում է լրացում, մասնավորապես, արդարադատության իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու նպատակով դատարանի գործունեությանը, ինչպես նաև գործի բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությանը խոչընդոտելու նպատակով դատախազի, քննիչի կամ հետաքննություն կատարող անձի գործունեությանը ցանկացած ձևով միջամտման եղանակ նախատեսելով նաև քրեական գործի լուծման համար նշանակություն ունեցող ապացույցների և այլ նյութերի ոչնչացումը կամ վնասումը», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխացմամբ, ասաց նախարարը:

Սուտ ցուցմունք կամ կեղծ եզրակացություն տալու, կամ ակնհայտ սխալ թարգմանություն կատարելու համար պատասխանատվության ենթարկվելը մինչդատական վարույթում և սահմանված պատժի չափի հստակեցման նպատակով առաջարկվում է, որ դրա հիմքով ենթակա չէ քրեական պատասխանատվության, եթե նա նախաքննության ընթացքում՝ մինչև նախնական քննության ավարտը կամ դատական քննության ընթացքում մինչև դատարանի կողմից դատավճիռ, վճիռ կամ որոշում կայացնելը կամովին հայտնել է իր տված սուտ ցուցմունքի, կեղծ եզրակացության կամ սխալ թարգմանության մասին:
