Հայաստանում կրթական համակարգի հիմնական չափորոշիչ են դարձնում հայրենասիրական դաստիարակությունը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն արձանագրում է, որ Հայաստանում առկա է դպրոց-բանակ շատ ամուր կապ, հայրենասիրական կրթության քաղաքականությունն իրականացնող մի ամբողջ պրոֆեսիոնալ համակազմ: «Ազգ-բանակ-2017» խորագրով համաժողովի ընթացքում իր ելույթում ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ այսօր հասել է պահը՝ խոսելու մյուս, շատ ավելի մեծ ու հավակնոտ փուլին ա նցնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ «Վստահ եմ, որ մենք մեր հետագա աշխատանքներում կկարողանանք մանրամասն քննարկել արդեն ոչ թե կատարվածն, այլ կփորձենք հասկանալ այն խոչընդոտները, որոնք մեզ այսօր թույլ չեն տալիս ամբողջական իրականացնել մեր ծրագիրը։ Ռազմագիտության ուսուցիչների և դպրոցների տնօրենների հետ մենք պետք է կարողանանք ոչ միայն գնահատել այսօրվա իրավիճակը, արժևորել ձեռքբերումները, այլև հասկանալ, թե ինչ նոր մեթոդոլոգիաներ են անհրաժեշտ այս նոր գաղափարախոսության համար, ինչ լուծումներ են հարկավոր, ինչպես անել, որ «Ռազմագիտությու ն» առարկան, հայրենասիրական դաստիարակությանն ուղղված մեր մյուս առարկայախմբերն իսկապես ծառայեն իրենց նպատակին, չդառնան ձևական»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նա:
Նախարարի խոսքով՝ տնօրեններն ու ուսուցիչները պետք է հասկանան, որ դպրոցն ունի առաքելություն, հատկապես Հայաստանի պայմաններում, երբ երկիրն այնքան փոքր է, որ այս երկրում չկա թիկունք և սահման հասկացությունը: «Մենք պարտավոր ենք մեր կրթական համակարգում դնել հիմնական չափորոշիչը՝ հայրենասիրական դաստիարակությունը»,- ասաց Լևոն Մկրտչյանը։
Նա կարևորեց վերջին 20 տարիները, երբ անկախ Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգը սկսեց կանգնել շատ կարեւոր մի հիմնահարցի առջեւ՝ ինչպիսի կրթություն ենք մենք ուզում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար, ի՞նչ տեսլական է դրվելու այդ համակարգի հիմքում և ի՞նչ ձեւաչափով է առաջ տարվելու մեր անկախ մտածողությունը նոր պայմաններում։ «Առաջին անգամ սկսեցին մտածել, որ ի վերջո այս նոր դպրոցին պակասում է հենց ռազմահայրենասիրական դաստիարակությունը։ 90-ականների վերջին և 2000-ականների սկզբին գաղափարախոսությունը դարձավ գործնական ծրագիր։ Մենք կարողացանք «Ազգ-բանա կ» գաղափարախոսության առաջին հիմքը դնել Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգում, փորձեցինք բացարձակ գաղափարական հենք չունեցող դպրոցական համակարգ ներարկել շատ կարևոր մի դրույթ, որով ամրագրվեց կրթական համակարգի գործունեության իմաստը»,- հիշեցրեց նախարարը:
Նրա համոզմամբ՝ Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգի հիմնական գործառույթն ու նպատակը հայ տեսակի շարունակականության ապահովումն է։ «Այդ տեսլականի ու գաղափարախոսության մեջ անկյունաքարային դարձավ հանրակրթական դպրոցում, այնուհետև՝ բարձրագույն ու միջին մասնագիտական կրթական համակարգում հայրենասիրական գաղափարախոսության ապահովումը»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը։
