Ադրբեջանը ՎՈՒԱՄ–ը «կապելու» է Իրանի հետ

Ուկրաինան և Իրանը պայմանավորվել են գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի փոխադրման համար թեստային գնացք փորձարկել։
Գնացքն անցնելու է Վրաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի տարածքով։
Ապագայում իրանական նավթը նույպես կարող է այդ տրանսպորտային միջանցքով տեղափոխվել Ուկրաինայի տարածք։
Ուկրաինան վերջերս Ադրբեջանին է փոխանցել Բալթիկ ծով-Սև ծով-Կասպից ծով միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցք ստեղծելու առաջարկը: Այդ առաջարկն առավել մեծ հետաքրքրություն է ստանում ռուս-ուկրաինական հարաբերությունների հետագա սրման և Կիևը՝ՌԴ-ից վերջնականապես հեռացնելու ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմավարության տեսանկյունից:
Ուկրաինան ցանկանում է ունենալ կասպյան տարածաշրջանի հարուստ նավթագազային շրջաններ դուրս գալու տրանսպորտային միջանցքներ՝ Մոսկվայից գազային կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու համար: Այդ տեսանկյունից ադրբեջանա-ուկրաինական էներգետիկ-տրանսպորտային միջանցքի կառուցումը ունի իրական հեռանկարներ հաշվի առնելով Բաքվի ու Կիևի ռազմա-քաղաքական սերտ, ռազմավարական հարաբերություններն այդ թվում ՎՈՒԱՄ-ի շրջանակներում:
ՎՈւԱՄ-ը (Վրաստան, Ուկրաինա, Ադրբեջան, Մոլդովա) միջազգային կազմակերպություն է, որը ստեղծվել է 1997թ.-ին հոկտեմբերի 10-ին` Ստրասբուրգում Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի նիստի շրջանակներում: ՎՈւԱՄ-ի կանոնադրության համաձայն, այդ կազմակերպության գլխավոր նպատակը անդամ-երկրների միջև տնտեսական, էներգետիկ, տրանսպորտային, հումանիտար հարաբերությունների ամրապնդումն է: ԱՄՆ-ը այս պահին փորձում է ակտիվացնել ՎՈՒԱՄ-ի հատկապես էներգետիկ բաղկացուցիչը, ցանկանալով այդ երկրների տարածքը օգտագործել ռուսական վերահսկողությունից դուրս և Ռուսաստանի սահմանների երկայնքով ձգվող նոր էներգետիկ-կոմունիկացիոն միջանցք ձևավորելու համար: Դա պետք է ապահովի էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների անխափան մատակարարումը Կասպյան ավազանից (Ադրբեջան, Ղազախստան, Թուրքմենստան) դեպի ԵՄ և Ուկրաինա:
Բացի այդ, Իրան-Ադրբեջան երկաթգծի շինարարության ավարտից հետո Ուկրաինան կկարողանա Վրաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի տարածքով դուրս գալ իրանական շուկա՝այնտեղից նավթամթերքներ ներկրելու և դրա փոխարեն ուկրաինական հացահատիկը, ծանր արդյունաբերության, ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքը Իրան արտահանելու համար: Ինչ վերաբերվում է Ադրբեջանի օգուտներին, ապա Բաքուն դուրս կգա ուկրաինական բազմամիլիոնանոց շուկա, կդառնա տարանցիկ երկիր Արևելք-Արևմուտք ուղղության վրա, իսկ Ուկրաինայի տարածքով մուտք կունենա նաև Մերձբալթիկա ու Լեհաստան, այսինքն ԵՄ-ի շուկա: Վերոնշյալ տրանսպորտային-էներգետիկ նախագծերը կարող են խրախուսվել նաև Բրյուսելի կողմից՝Արևելյան գործընկերության ծրագրի և ՌԴ-ի սահմանների երկայնքով բուֆերային գոտու ստեղծման ռազմավարության շրջանակներում:
ՎՈՒԱՄ(Վրաստան–Ուկրաինա–Ադրբեջան–Մոլդովա) երկրները պատրաստվում են ստորագրել ազատ առևտրի մասին համաձայնագիրը։Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի վարչապետ Վլադիմիր Գրոյսմանը։Գրոյսմանը հույս է հայտնել, որ ազատ առևտրի գոտին կսկսի գործել արդեն 2017թ.–ին։
