ՀՀ 6 մարզերի 25 միավոր անշարժ գույքը կօտարվի մրցույթով

Կառավարության որոշմամբ ՀՀ 6 մարզի պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող, տարիներ շարունակ չօգտագործվող, ոչ բարվոք վիճակում գտնվող 25 միավոր անշարժ գույքը մրցույթով կօտարվի: ՀՀ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանը նշեց, որ մրցույթի կայացման նվազագույն գին է սահմանվել գնահատված արժեքի 75 տոկոսի չ ափը:
Մրցույթի հաղթողը պետք վճարի նաև շենք, շինությունների համար հատկացված հողամասի կադաստրային արժեքը (100 տոկոս): Որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է նաև առաջին մրցույթով գույքը չօտարվելու դեպքում կազմակերպել նոր մրցույթներ՝ յուրաքանչյուր հերթական մրցույթի ժամանակ նվազագույն գինն իջեցնելով նախորդ մրցույթի գնից՝ 20 տոկոսի չափով, ընդ որում, պետական գույքի օտարման կարգի համաձայն մրցույթները չեն կարող շարունակվել 6 ամսից ավելի: Դիմելով Արման Սահակյանին՝ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է վերանայել անշարժ գույքը հնարավորինս թանկ գնով վաճառելու տարբերակը:
«Իրականում պարզ չէ, թե որ մոդելն է ավելի լավ՝ աճուրդով, թե մրցույթով: Եթե մենք աճուրդով ավելի թանկ կարող ենք վաճառել և հետագայում գույքի, հողի հարկի ռեֆորմն անենք, այդ թվում չաշխատող ակտիվների մասով, ապա կարծում եմ, որ անհրաժեշտ է նորից վերանայել մաքսիմալ գնով վաճառելու տարբերակը: Տրամաբանությունից հեռու է, որ աճուրդով թանկ գնված գույքը գնորդը չի աշխատեցնի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
25 միավոր անշարժ գույքի օտարման դեպքում վաճառքի գումարը կկազմի շուրջ 344 132 389.38 դրամ` ներառյալ օտարվող գույքի համար հատկացված հողամասերի կադաստրային արժեքները` 167 258 365.38 ՀՀ դրամ:
Հաշվի առնելով, որ վաճառքի գումարի մնացած 176 874 024 դրամի 30 տոկոսն ուղղվում է համապատասխան համայնքների բյուջե, ՀՀ պետբյուջեի փաստացի մուտքերը վաճառքի դեպքում կարող են կազմել 291 070 182 ՀՀ դրամ:
