Ջուրը կյանքի աղբյուր է և մեր օրգանիզմի համար կարևոր դեր է խաղում: Եթե մենք օրեկան բավարար քանակությամբ ջուր խմենք, ապա մեր մարմինը կպահպանի խոնավության պահանջված մակարդակը, մաշկը ավելի երիտասարդ տեսք կստանա:
Պարբերաբար ցնցուղ ընդունելն օգտակար է ո՛չ միայն անձնական հիգիենայի համար, այլև այն ավելի առողջ է դարձնում՝ առանց որևէ այլ միջոցներ վատնելու: Մենք սովոր ենք և սիորւմ ենք ընդունելու տաք ցնցուղ, քանի որ այն հաճելիորեն թուլացնում է մեր մկանները և հաճախ խուսափում ենք սառը ցնցուղ ընդունելուց: Սակայն մասնագետները պնդում են, որ սառը ցնցուղը շատ ավելի մեծ առավելություններ և օգտակար հատկություններ ունի մաշկի և օրգանիզմի համար:

Սառը ջրով ցնցուղը ստիպում է մեր մարմնին արագ արձագանքել ջերմաստիճանին՝ խթանելով և ուժեղացնելով իմունային համակարգը, որի շնորհիվ բարձրանում է օրգանիզմի դիմադրողականությունը ու հաճախ կանխում հիվանդությունների առաջացումը:
