«Դիլիջան Ազգային Պարկ»-ում ծառահատումների փաստով հարուցվել է քրգործ

ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի դատախազությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Անտառային ֆոնդի տարածքներում՝ բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք հանդիսացող «Դիլիջան Ազգային Պարկ» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության «Հաղարծին» տեղամասի 6-րդ պահաբաժնում առանձնապես խոշոր չափի ապօրինի ծառահատում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության «Դիլիջան Ազգային Պարկ» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության կողմից սպասարկվող տարածքում հատված ծառերի վերաբերյալ մամուլի հրապարակումների հիման վրա դատախազի հանձնարարությամբ նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ վերոնշյալ տարածքում ապօրինի հատվել են 100 տարբեր տեսակի և տրամագծի ծառեր, ինչի հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ 18.906.474 ՀՀ դրամ վնաս:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են հանցակազմի հատկանիշներ, Տավուշի մարզի դատախազի կողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՔԿ-ին:
Ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքի առթիվ նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինները համագործակցել են հոդվածը հրապարակող լրատվամիջոցի և տվյալ լրատվամիջոցին ծառահատումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը տրամադրած քաղաքացու հետ: Արդյունավետ համագործակցության արդյունքում իրավապահները բացահայտել են ավելի խոշոր խախտումներ:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը բարձր է գնահատում ինչպես ԶԼՄ-ների, այնպես էլ՝ քաղաքացիների ակտիվ համագործակցությունը ՀՀ դատախազության հետ՝ ապօրինությունների բացահայտման ու կանխարգելման նպատակով օբյեկտիվ ու ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու հարցում:
