Հայաստանի բանակը լիովին պատրաստ է «ազգ-բանակ» հայեցակարգին. այդ գաղափարախոսության ներդրումը բանակում անհրաժեշտություն է: «Ազգ-բանակ-2017» խորագրով համաժողովի ընթացքում նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

«Ազգ-բանակ» գաղափարախոսությունն իրականում շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի: Հաշվի առնելով զինվորականության տեսակարար կշիռը մեր հանրության մեջ և բանակի դերը մեր երկրի կյանքում` կարևոր է բանակի նկատմամբ անվերապահ սերը վերածել խորը և գիտակցված հարգանքի: Սիրո զգացումը շատ կարևոր է ու շատ լավ է, սակայն, երբ նայում ենք մեր 25 տարվա անցած ճանապարհին, տեսնում ենք, որ մենք մեծարում ենք, բառեր չենք խնայում սահմանին կանգնած մեր զինվորին գովելու համար, սակայն այդ ամենի մեջ բացակայում է մեր հրամանատարն ու սպան: Տպավորություն է, որ 18-20 տարեկան տղա ն ոչ թե ի շնորհիվ, այլ ի հակառակ բանակի ողջ կառույցի, սեփական ուժերով կարողացել է կանգնեցնել հակառակորդին, փոխել վիճակը և այլն: Անվիճելի է մի բան, ամենալավ զինվորը, եթե չստանա համապատասխան կրթություն, չստանա համապատասխան պատրաստություն, չունենա համապատասխան պատրաստվածություն, երբեք չի կարող արդյունավետ լինել: Այս առումով շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի դեպի բանակ սերը վերածվի հարգանքի, որի միակ ճանապարհը խորը վստահությունն է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Սարգսյանը:

Նախարարը հավելեց, որ Հայաստանում յուրաքանչյուր 40-րդ քաղաքացին ծառայում է երկրի զինված ուժերում: Նրա խոսքով` սա շատ մեծ թիվ է: «Օրինակ,  Միացյալ Նահանգներում զինված ուժերում ծառայում է յուրաքանչյուր 400-րդ քաղաքացին, Ռուսաստանում` 150-րդ քաղաքացին, Եվրոպայում այդ թիվը միջինը 300 է: Բայց 40-ից մեկը շատ բարձր թիվ է: Եթե չեմ սխալվում, երկու երկիր կա, որոնք մեզ գերազանցում են այս առումով: Դրանք են Իսրայելը, որտեղ զինվորական ծառայություն են անցնում նաև կանայք ու ժամկետային ծառայությունը 3 տարի է, ինչպես նաև Սինգապուրը, որտեղ ևս պարտադիր ժամկետաին զինվորական ծառայություն կա: Այս երկու երկրները մեզ հետ համադրելի են բնակչության քանակով և երկուսն էլ շատ լավ օրինակ են նրա, որ ազգ-բանակ լինելը կամ մեծ բանակ ունենալը չի նշանակում լինել հետադիմական հասարակություն, չի նշանակում հասարակական ռեսուրսն ամբողջությամբ ծախսել բանակի վրա և մնացած բոլոր խնդիրները թողնել չլուծված»,- ընդգծեց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Նախարարի գնահատմամբ` դա կարող է նշանակել մոբիլիզացիայի որոշ աստիճան, որը թույլ է տալիս տարբեր ոլորտներում լինել ավելի արդյունավետ` սկսած ռազմական գիտություններից մինչև ռազմական արդյունաբերություն ու ամենատարբեր այլ ոլորտներ:
