Վիգեն Սարգսյանը պատրաստ է ԱԺ յուրաքանչյուր պատգամավորի մանրամասն ներկայացնել բանակում ընթացող բարեփոխումները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը գտնում է, որ անկախ քաղաքական հայացքների տարբերություններից բոլորի ջանքերը պետք է ուղղված լինեն հայկական բանակի որակի բարձրացմանը: «Ազգ-բանակ-2017» խորագրով համաժողովի ընթացքում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ ինքը շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ դա նաև նշանակում է տարբեր վերահսկողական լծակներ տալ ընդդիմությանը բանակում շտ գործառույթների նկատմամբ: «Եվ ես պատրաստ եմ առանց զլանալու պարբերաբար մանրամասն ներկայացնել, թե մեր որ քայլը ինչի հետ է կապված: Բայց ես ցանկանում եմ, որ Ազգային ժողովի ցանկացած պատգամավոր` անկախ իր քաղաքական հայացքներից, կարողանա բանակի նկատմամբ ձևավորել այն վստահությունը, որն ինձ թույլ է տալու իմ առաջարկած օրենսդրությունն անցկացնել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց նախարարը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ օրենսդրության վերանայման խնդիր կա, ինչին իրենք լուրջ ուշադրություն են դարձնում: «Այժմ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում գործում է հատուկ խումբ, որի աշխատանքը համակարգում է փոխնախարար Արա Նազարյանը: Այդ խումբը զբաղվում է օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների համակարգմամբ: Ըստ ժամանակացույցի` մենք այդ օրենքները պետք է ներկայացնենք մինչև տարվա վերջ, սակայն ես նախարար նշանակվելուց հետո փոխել եմ ժամանակացույցը, և մենք մինչև ամառվա կես հանրային լայն քննարկման կներկայացնենք այդ օրենքները, իսկ սեպտեմբերին կբերենք Ազգային ժողով: Ի հարկե, տարիների ընթացքում բազմաթիվ օրենքներ են ընդունվել` երբեմն միմյանց ուղղակի հակասող, երբեմն միմյանց չլրացնող, և մենք խնդիր ենք դրել մեկ ընդհանուր օրենսդրությամբ լուծում տալ այս հարցին»,- մանրամասնեց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարության և ռազմական դոկտրինի վերանայման վերաբերյալ քննարկումներին` նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ իրենք նպատակահարմար են համարում այդ հարցին անդրադառնալ 2018թ. նոր կառավարության ձևավորումից հետո: «Մենք նույն տրամաբանությամբ 2018թ. համար ենք պլանավորում մեր հիմնական հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժությունը` «Շանթ-2018»-ը, որովհետև ցանկանում ենք, որ կայանա նոր համակարգի ողջ դասավորվածությունը, բոլոր մարմինները ստանան իրենց լիարժեք լիազորությունները, որից հետո կփորձարկենք մարտական գործողություննե րի ժամանակ համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկելու մեր ալգորիթմները»,- եզրափակեց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:
