 ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում հոկտեմբերի 5-ին կայացել է հերթական ամենշաբաթյա խորհրդակցությունը, որը վարել է նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն, փ/ծ գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Սերգեյ Ազարյանը զեկուցել է ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների, կատարված հանձնարարականների և ընթացիկ աշխատանքների մասին: Նա, մասնավորապես, անդրադարձել է սեպտեմբերի 28-ին կայացած հրշեջ կիրառական մարզաձևի, կարևորագույն օբյեկտների պաշտպանության թեմաներով ուսումնավարժանքներին և զեկուցել է հայ պատանի հրշեջների` Բելառուսի Հանրապետությունում անցկացվող վարժանքին ելույթի մասին:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում «ՍՊԾ» գործակալության պետ Հ. Պետրոսյանը զեկուցել է ընթացիկ աշխատանքների և նախատեսվող միջոցառումների մասին: Գործակալության պետը հայտնել է, որ ռուս գործընկերները վաղը կժամանեն Հայաստան, ինչից հետո կմեկնարկեն Գառնիի երկրաֆիզիկական դիտարանում տեղադրված դեֆորմոգրաֆի գրանցող սարքը նոր սարքով փոխարինելու աշխատանքները: Հ. Պետրոսյանը նշել է նաև, որ «ՍՊԾ»-ն առաջարկներ է ներկայացրել դպրոցների սեյսմակայունության վերաբերյալ կառավարության որոշման նախագծում:

ՏԿԱԻՆ հիդրոմետ ծառայության պետ Լ. Վարդանյանը հայտնել է, որ մոտակա օրերին ՀՀ մարզերում և Երևանում սպասվում են տեղումներ: Հոկտեմբերի 7-9-ը կնկատվի 4-5 աստիճան ջերմաստիճանի նվազում, իսկ 10-12-ը սպասվում է առանց տեղումների եղանակ և ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացում մինչև 24 աստիճան: ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ «Մթնոլորտային երևույթների վրա ակտիվ ներգործության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Ա. Կարապետյանը զեկուցել է շաբաթվա ընթացքում հակակարկտային կայանների աշխատանքների մասին:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանին զեկուցվել է Հարավային Կորեայում օրերս ավարտված «Շարժում հանուն նոր գյուղի» խորագիրը կրող միջոցառման մասին, որին մասնակցել է նաև հայկական պատվիրակությունը` ԱՌՆԱՊ փոխտնօրեն Արա Բարսեղյանի գլխավորությամբ: Զեկույցում Արա Բարսեղյանը ներկայացրել է Հարավային Կորեայի հաջող փորձը` համայնքների զարգացման շնորհիվ պետությունը զարգացնելու մոդելով և դրա հնարավոր կիրառման ուղիները Հայաստանում:

Նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանին ներակայցվել է նաև ՏԿԱԻՆ ՃԿԱԿ համակարգում հոգեբանական ծառայության զարգացման նախագիծ, որը ենթադրում է ոլորտի նորագույն և ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրում: Նախարարի հանձնարարականով այն պետք է լինի հանրապետությունում լավագույններից մեկը և կարող է նպաստել նաև կադրային քաղաքակության բարելավմանը:

Ամենշաբաթյա խորհրդակցությանն առցանց մասնակցող ԼՂՀ ԿԱ արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության տնօրենը և մարզային փրկարար վարչությունների պետերը զեկուցել են շաբաթվա ընթացքում գրանցված պատահարների և ընթացիկ աշխատանքների մասին։
