«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ոչ վաղ անցյալում նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի պաշտպան, ՀՀԿ–ական պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանը՝ Շմայսը, երեկ չէր մասնակցում «Ազգ–բանակ–2017» միջոցառմանը:

«Փաստը» նրանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե ի՞նչն է պատճառը: «Բանուգործ չունե՞ք, թողեք հանգստանանք, էլի»,– հայտարարեց Մովսիսյանը: Երբ հիշեցրինք, որ նախկինում ակտիվ մասնակցում էր բանակի միջոցառումներին` հարցնելով, թե հնարավո՞ր է՝ իրեն չէին հրավիրել, ասաց. «Իհարկե հրավիրել էին, չէ՞ որ ես բանակի սյուներից մեկն եմ, ոնց կարային չհրավիրեին: Ես հիմա Վրաստանում եմ»:

Հետաքրքրվեցինք, թե նույն ջանասիրությամբ կպաշտպանի՞ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանին, ինչպես նախկինում Սեյրան Օհանյանին էր պաշտպանում: «Ավելի ուժեղ կպաշտպանեմ»,– ասաց, իսկ ինչպես է պաշտպանելու հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց. «Ամեն ձևի, ամեն ձևի: Պաշտպանության նախարարն ով ուզում ա լինի, բոլորին էլ պաշտպանելու եմ»:
