Բնապահպանության նախարարության պատժամիջոցներից պետբյուջե է մուտքագրվել 2.23 մլն դրամ

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից սեպտեմբերի 28-ից հոկտեմբերի 2-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված շրջայցերի, տեսչության վարույթին հանձնված գործերի և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 800 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 12 որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 436.15 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մասնավորապես, Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված ապօրինի ծառահատումների գործերի քննության արդյունքում 7 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 500 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 428.85 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Վայոց ձորի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերված ապօրինի ծառահատման համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի ակտ: Արագածոտնի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերված ապօրինի ծառահատման համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված 7.5 հազար դրամի վնասի հատուցման ակտ:
Գեղարքունիքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից կատարված շրջայցերի արդյունքում արձանագրվել է հողի բերրի շերտի ապօրինի տեղափոխման մեկ դեպք, ինչի համար մեկ ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում: Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից կատարված շրջայցերի արդյունքում արձանագրվել է առանց համապատասխան ծածկոցի սորուն նյութի տեղափոխման դեպք, ինչի համար մեկ ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում:
Հողերի, թափոնների, վտանգավոր նյութերի վերահսկողության և ընդերքի բնապահպանական վերահսկողության բաժնի կողմից կատարված շրջայցերի արդյունքում արձանագրվել է առանց համապատասխան ծածկոցի սորուն նյութի տեղափոխման 2 դեպք, ինչի համար 2 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50-հազարական դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշումներ: Երևանի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից կատարված շրջայցերի արդյունքում արձանագրվել է ձկան ապօրինի վաճառքի դեպք, առգրավվել է 12 կգ ձուկ և հանձնվել բարեգործական ճաշարանին:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած պատժամիջոցներից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 2.23 մլն դրամ:
