 Երևանում մեկնարկել է Միջազգային բակալավրիատի ԱՊՀ երկրների 11-րդ համաժողովը: ՄԲ ԱՊՀ երկրների ասոցիացիայի կողմից իրականացվող ամենամյա միջոցառման կազմակերպումը այս տարի ապահովելու է «Շիրակացու ճեմարան» միջազգային գիտակրթական համալիրը, որը տարածաշրջանում ասոցիացիայի միակ անդամն է:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ապրիլի 20-ի պաշտոնական մեկնարից առաջ կրթական համաժողովի շրջանակում Հայաստան ժամանած շուրջ 200 պատվիրակները այցելեցին Գառնի, Գեղարդ` ծանոթանալու Հայաստանի պատմամշակութային ժառանգությանն ու համտեսելու հայկական խոհանոցի ավանդական ուտեստները:

Փոքրիկ էքսկուրսից հետո հյուրերը այցելեցին «Շիրակացու ճեմարան» միջազգային գիտակրթական համալիր, որտեղ և տեղի ունեցավ միջազգային կրթական համաժողովի բացման պաշտոնական արարողությունը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին` «Շիրակացու ճեմարան»-ի տնօրեն Աշոտ Ալիխանյանը նշեց, որ ճեմարանի համար մեր հաճույք է հյուրընկալել ամենամյա համաժողովն իր հարկի տակ:

«Այս ընթացքում մենք հասցրեցինք լինել Հայաստանի տեսարժան վայրերում, շատ տպավորված եմ: Սակայն գոնե ինձ համար ամենից կարևորը մարդիկ են, որոնց հանդիպում ենք. նրանք շատ գեղեցիկ են, բարի, խելացի ու անսահման հյուրասեր»,- նշեց ՄԲ ԱՊՀ երկրների ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Յուրի Շամիլովը` ներկաներին փոխանցելով օրվա տպավորությունները:

Համաժողովի աշխատաժողովները կմեկնարկեն ապրիլի 21-ին` «Էլիտ Պլազա» բիզնես կենտրոնում: Կազմակերպիչները նշում են, որ Համաժողովը հրաշալի հնարավորություն է ոլորտում աշխատող մասնագետների համար բազմակողմանի տեղեկություններ ստանալու Միջազգային բակալավրիատի առանձնահատկությունների, ազգային և միջազգային հանրակրթակա ծրագրերի համատեղման ժամանակակից մոտեցումների մասին:

«Մեր բացման արարողությունն այսօր ոչ այնքան պաշտոնական է, որքան ընտանեկան. Ճամարանի ուսուչական թիմն արել է ամեն ինչ, որ մասնակիցներն իրենց զգան հարմարավետ ու ջերմ միջավայրում, որ աշխատաքնը լինի օգատակար, արդյունավետ և միաժամանակ հաճելի»,- իր ողջույնի խոսքում նշեց ասոցիացիայի գործադիր տնօրեն Նատալյա Բարինովան:

Հիշեցնենք, որ միջազգային կրթական համաժողովի շրջանակում Հայաստանում են շուրջ 200 պատվիրակներ Ռուսաստանի տարբեր քաղաքներից, Ղազախստանից և ոլորտի փորձագետներ, հյուրեր Ֆինլանդիայից, Վրաստանից, Թուրքիայից, այդ թվում՝ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներ, պետական կառույցների և բիզնես ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ:

Երկօրյա համաժողովին մասնակցելու են Միջազգային բակալավրիատի (International Baccalaureate) համաշխարհային և եվրոպական կառույցների պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև Ռաունդ Սքվեր (Round Square) համաշխարհային ասոցիացիայի ներկայացուցիչներ: Համաժողովի շրջանակում կքննարկվեն կրթության արդյունավետ համագործակցության ուղղություններն աշխարհում, նոր մանկավարժական մեթոդաբանության և միջազգային կրթական չափանիշների՝ կրթական հաստատություններում ներդնելու հնարավորությունները:

«Շիրակացու ճեմարան» միջազգային գիտակրթական համալիրը միակն է, որի բոլոր երեք՝ տարրական, միջին և ավագ դպրոցները հավաստագրված են համապատասխանաբար Միջազգային բակալավրիատի՝ Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme և Diploma Programme ծրագրերով:

Միջազգային բակալավրիատը ոչ կառավարական, շահույթ չհետապնդող կազմակերպություն է, որն ունի խորհրդատվական կարգավիճակ Եվրոպայի խորհրդում և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ում: Այն միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող հանրակրթական ամենահայտնի համակարգն է, որի ավարտական վկայականը հնարավարաւոյթւոն է տալիս առանց լրացուցիչ քննությունների ընդունվել աշխարհի մի շարք առաջատար համալսարաններ: 1968թ.-ին հիմնադրված համակարգն այսօր ներառում է 148 երկրների 4655 դպրոց:

«Շիրակացու ճեմարան» միջազգային գիտակրթական համալիրը 2010 թվականին տարածաշրջանում առաջինը դարձավ «Ռաունդ Սքվեր» միջազգային դպրոցների համաշխարհային ասոցիացիայի լիիրավ անդամ: «Ռաունդ Սքվեր»-ը հինգ մայրցամաքների 40 երկրներում 160 նորարական դպրոցների համաշխարհային ցանց է:
