Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը դարձել է միջազգային հարաբերությունների օրակարգի խնդիր

Նախորդ կես դարում զգալի աշխատանք է արվել` կապված Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցի հետ: Հարցը մեռյալ կետից շարժվել և հասել է մի վիճակի, երբ այն դարձել է միջազգային հարաբերությունների օրակարգի խնդիր: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախկին փոխնախարար, արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արման Նավասարդյանը:
«Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցը ոչ թե ազգային, այլ համամարդկային խնդիր է: Այսօր մենք պետք է միջազգային հանրությանը հասցնենք այն, որ 1915 թվականից շարունակվում է հայատյաց քաղաքականությունը, և իր դրսևորումն է ստանում ղարաբաղյան զարգացումներում: Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ այսօրվա դիվանագիտությունը զգալիորեն տարբերվում է 1965 կամ 1990 թվականի դիվանագիտությունից: Այսօրվա զարգացումները փոխում են մեթոդները, և պետք է առաջ շարժվել նոր մոտեցումներով: Եթե մենք այդ ցանկում ներառենք միայն պաշտոնական դիվանագիտությունը, հաշվի չառնենք ժողովրդական դ իվանագիտությունը, ապա ոչնչի չենք հասնի: Այդ երկուսը պետք է սինթեզվեն, ամեն մեկս պետք է լինենք այդ հարցի զինվորը»,-ասաց նա:
«Մոդուս Վիվենդի» կենտրոնի ղեկավար, արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արա Պապյանը կարևոր է համարում պահանջատիրության ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների ակտիվացումը: Նրա խոսքով, հատուցման մասին է խոսվում, սակայն այդ գործըթնացի «մայրուղին», կարծես թե, չի երևում:
«Փոխհատուցումը դիտարկվում է 3 մակարդակով` անհատական, ազգային-համայնքային և պետական, այն է` հողի հարցը: Առաջինի դեպքում աշխատանք տարվել է և տարվում է: Բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ դա ազգային առումով ոչինչ չի փոխում: Համայնքային առումով նույնպես գործընթաց կա, մասնավորապես, առկա է Սիսի կաթողիկոսության հարցը, դա ևս լավ է: Ինձ համար կարևորը Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության վերականգնումն է»,-ասաց նա:
