ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության և ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության (USAID) միջև ապրիլի 21-ին ստորագրվել է համաձայնագիր՝ Հայաստանում դատական արխիվային նյութերի թվայնացման ֆինանսավորմանն աջակցելու նպատակով: Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը և ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ երևանյան գրասենյակի առաքելության տնօրեն Դեբորա Գրիզերը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկ ացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը բարձր է գնահատել ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան և ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության հետ ներկայիս  համագործակցությունը  և հույս հայտնել, որ առկա փոխգործակցությունը ավելի կամրապնդվի և կկրի շարունակական բնույթ:

«Դատական արխիվների թվայնացումը կարևոր գրավական է դատական համակարգի գործունեության  և արդյունավետության բարձրացման համար: Համաձայնագրով նախատեսված աշխատանքների արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի առցանց որոնել թվային ֆայլերը՝ այդպիսով կբարելավվի դատական գործերի և փաստաթղթերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության հասանելիությունը և դատական համակարգի  գործունեության թափանցիկությունը»,- ասել է նախարարը: 

ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ երևանյան գրասենյակի առաքելության տնօրեն Դեբորա Գրիզերը ևս հատկանշական է համարել  համաձայնագրի կնքումը և գոհունակությամբ նշել, որ Արդարադատության նախարարության հետ վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում երկու կարևոր համաձայնագրերի ստորագրումն արդեն իսկ վկայում են հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակի մասին:

Նշենք, որ փաստաթղթի շրջանակում հատկացվող միջոցները կուղղվեն դատական արխիվային նյութերի թվայնացմանը, առկա համակարգում դրանց ներմուծմանը և կարողությունների զարգացամանն ու հանրային իրազեկմանը:
