Հայաստանն ու Ճապոնիան հրշեջ-փրկարարական գույքի բարելավման ծրագրի շրջանակում արձանագրություն են ստորագրել

 ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունում  փրկարար ծառայությունը` ի դեմս տնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Մուշեղ Ղազարյանի և Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության (JICA) տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի գլխավոր ներկայացուցիչ Ֆուշիմի Կացուտոշին ապրիլի 21-ին ստորագրեցին «Հայաստանում հրշեջ-փրկարարական գույքի բարելավում» ծրագրի նախապատրաստական ուսումնասիրության վերաբերյալ քննարկումների արձանագրույունը: 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, ՓԾ տնօրենը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ճապոնացի գործընկերներին` երկարամյա համագործակցության համար` հուսալով, որ նոր դրամաշնորհային ծրագիրը նույնքան արդյունավետ կլինի, որքան նախորդ` իրականացված ծրագրերը:

Պարոն Կացուտոշին ընդգծեց, որ հաջող իրականացման դեպքում այն կլինի տարածաշրջանի ամենախոշոր դրամաշնորհային ծրագիրը, իսկ հատկացվող գույքի մի մասը կտրամադրվի Լոռու և Շիրակի մարզերին, որոնք ամենից շատն են տուժել Սպիտակի ավերիչ երկրաշարժից` նոր կամուրջ հանդիսանալով Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի բարեկամության համար: 

Նշենք, որ զարգացմանն ուղղված Ճապոնիայի կառավարության պաշտոնական օգնության ծրագրերի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունը դրամաշնորհային հայտ էր ներկայացրել Ճապոնիայի կառավարությանը` ՀՀ Սյունիքի, Լոռու և Շիրակի մարզային հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներում տեխնիկական վերազինում իրականացնելու նպատակով։ JICA տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի պատվիրակությունն ապրիլի 18-21-ը գործուղվել էր Հայաստան` իրականացնելու ծրագրի էսքիզային նախագծի մշակման աշխատանքները: Պատվիրակության անդամները մի շարք հանդիպումներ և քննարկումներ են անցկացրել ՀՀ ԱԻՆ աշտոնատար անձանց հետ:
