Եթե ձեզ դուր չի գալիս ձեր շուրթերի բնական ձևը, չասփսերը, պարտադիր չէ դիմել պլաստիկ վրաբուժությանը: Շուրթերի չաթսերը փոքր-ինչ մեծացնելու հարցում ձեզ կօգնեն մի քանի հատուկ վարժություններ:

Հիշեք, որ առաջին ամսվա ընթացքում վարժությունները պետք է կատարել ամեն օր, իսկ առավելագույն արագ արդյունք ստանալու համար՝ օրվա մեջ երկու անգամ: Յուրաքանչյուր վարժություն պետք է կրկնել 10 անգամ:

Կանգնեք հայելու առաջ և պատկերացրեք, թե շուրթերին շրթներկ եք քսել և պետք է մաքրեք այն: Ինչպե՞ս կանեք այդ: Ներքևի ծնոտը աջ և ձախ ենք տանում՝ իրար հպելով շուրթերը:«Ծափահարեք» շուրթերով: Շատ մի լարեք շուրթերը: Արեք 10 անգամ:Ձգեք շուրթերը և կտրուկ բացեք բերանը: Այս վարժությունը կատարելիս կարտաբերվի նաև ձայն:Մատները դրեք շուրթերի վրա, ձգեք դեպի ականջները: Իսկ շուրթերով փորձեք դիմադրություն ցուցաբերել՝ փորձելով կլորացնել շուրթերը:Շուրթերի ծայրերին ավելի ամուր դրեք մատները: Փորձեք օդային համբույր ուղարկել բարձր ձայնով:
