Հուլիսյան դեպքերի առթիվ ծառայողական պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվել ոստիկանության 22 ծառայող

Խորենացի փողոցում 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին և Սարի թաղում հուլիսի 29-ի լույս 30-ի գիշերը տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում իրականացված ծառայողական քննության արդյունքներով ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի հրամանով կարգապահական պատասխանատվության է ենթարկվել ոստիկանության 22 ծառայող։ « Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին նշված է 2016 թվականի հուլիսյան իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ զեկույցում:
«Ոստիկանության ծառայողներից 9-ը ստացել են նկատողություն, 4-ը՝ խիստ նկատողություն, 4 ծառայողներ ազատվել են զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից, իսկ 5-ի լիազորությունները դադարեցվել են»,- ասված է զեկույցում:
Ըստ Ոստիկանության՝ կարգապահական պատասխանատվության միջոցներ կիրառվել են ծառայողական պարտականությունները ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու՝ ենթակա ուժերը հասարակական կարգի պահպանման ու հասարակական անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ ճիշտ չտեղաբաշխելու, իրավիճակից բխող պատշաճ միջոցառումներ չձեռնարկելու, պահպանվող անվտանգության գոտի երթի մասնակիցների մուտքը ժամանակին չսահմանափակելու, քաղաքացիական հագուստով անձանց կողմից լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելու և լրագրողական տեխնիկան վնասելու դեպքերը կանխելու ուղղությամբ բավարար միջոցներ չձեռնարկելու, պահպանվող անվտանգության գոտի երթի մասնակիցների մուտքը ժամանակին չսահմանափակելու, քաղաքացիական հագուստով անձանց կողմից լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելու և լրագրողական տեխնիկան վնասելու դեպքերը կանխելու ուղղությամբ բավարար միջոցներ չձեռնարկելու համար և այլն:
