Ուկրաինայի նախագահ եւ Roshen կորպորացիայի սեփականատեր Պյոտր Պորոշենկոն ութերորդից տասներորդ հորիզոնականն Է տեղափոխվել երկրի ամենահարուստ մարդկանց տասնյակում: «Ֆոկուս» հանդեսի վարկածով, պետության ղեկավարի կարողությունը, 2016 թվականի արդյունքներով, գնահատվում Է 589 մլն դոլար՝ մեկ տարի առաջվա 750 միլիոնի դիմաց: 
Ուկրաինայի հարյուր ամենահարուստ մարդկանց վարկանիշը, ըստ հանդեսի վարկածի, կրկին գլխավորել Է CKM խմբի սեփականատեր Ռինատ Ախմետովը, որի կարողությունը կազմել Է 2,2 մլրդ դոլար: Վարկանիշի համաձայն, ինչպես եւ մեկ տարի առաջ, երկրորդ, երրորդ եւ չորրորդ դիրքերն զբաղեցնում են «Պրիվատ» խմբի համասեփականատերեր Իգոր Կոլոմոյսկին եւ Գենադի Բոգոլյուբովը (1,2-ական մլրդ դոլար) եւ Վիկտոր Պինչուկը (1,1 մլրդ դոլար)՝ համապատասխանաբար:
Տասներորդից հինգերորդ տեղն Է բարձրացել «Կեռնել Գրուպ»-ի սեփականատեր Անդրեյ Վերյովսկին (871 մլն դոլար), իսկ 2015 թվականին հինգերորդ տեղն զբաղեցրած «Միրոնովյան հացամթերքի» սեփականատեր Յուրի Կոստյուկը (738 մլն դոլար) զբաղեցրել Է վեցերորդ հորիզոնականը:
Վեցերորդից յոթերորդ դիրքն Է տեղաշարժվել DCH Group-ի սեփականատեր Ալեքսանդր Յարոսլավսկին (734 մլն դոլար), իսկ 18-րդ դիրքից ութերորդն Է բարձրացել Ferrexpo-ի սեփականատեր Կոնստանտին Ժեւագոն (635 մլն դոլար): Առաջվա պես իններորդ տեղն զբաղեցնում Է Group DF-ի սեփականատեր Դմիտրի Ֆիրտաշը (623 մլն դոլար):
Ըստ հրատարակության վարկածի, վարկանիշի նոր մասնակիցներն են դարձել «Ինտեր» հեռուստաալիքի համասեփականատեր Վալերի Խորոշկովսկին, որը 356 մլն դոլար կարողությամբ եզրափակում Է ուկրաինացի հարուստների քսանյակը, «Իմեքսբանկ»-ի համասեփականատեր Լեոնիդ Կլիմովը (71-րդ տեղը, 75 մլն դոլար) եւ Կրյուկովյան վագոնաշինական գործարանի համասեփականատեր Վլադիմիր Պրիխոդկոն (83-րդ տեղը, 62 մլն դոլար), հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
