Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսների նախարարը չի բացառել մանաթի երկրորդ արժեզրկումը

Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսների նախարար Սամիր Շարիֆովը չի բացառել այդ երկրի ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի երկրորդ արժեզրկումը:
ANS հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում նախարարն ասել է, որ շուկայական էկոնոմիկայի պայմաններում ազգային արժույթի փոխարժեքը կախված է շատ գործոններից եւ առաջին հերթին վճարման հաշվեկշռից:
«Վճարման հաշվեկշռի վիճակն իր հերթին կախված է արտարժույթի մուտքերից: Մեր հիմնական արտահանման ապրանքը, համապատասխանաբար, արտարժույթի հիմնական աղբյուրը, հանդիսանում է նավթը: Դրա հետ կապված մեր վճարման հաշվեկշիռը մեծ մասով կախված է նավթային եկամուտներից», -ասել է նա:
Ադրբեջանի ֆիննախի ղեկավարը նաև ընդգծել է, որ շուկայական էկոնոմիկայի հիմնական սկզբունքը կայանում է նրանում, որ շուկայում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները մշտապես պետք է վերահսկվեն, եւ ոչ ոք երբեք չի կարող ասել, թե որեւէ արտարժույթի փոխարժեքը կայուն կմնա, եւ դա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն զարգացող երկրներին, ինչպիսին Ադրբեջանն է:
Ադրբեջանական մանաթը միանգամից 34,5 տոկոսով արժեզրկվել էր 2015 թվականի փետրվարի վերջին:
Ադրբեջանում ստեղծված տնտեսական ճգնաժամի հետ կապված թուրքական «Հուրիեթ» թերթը գրելէ , թե դրա պատճառն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը միջազգային հրապարակում «ճիշտ չի կարողացել գնահատել շուկայական հարաբերությունները»:
«Ադրբեջան. անմիտ քաղաքական սակարկություն» վերնագրով հոդվածում, անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակին, թերթը գրել է, որ իր համար դրական հեղինակություն ձեւավորելու նպատակով Իլհամ Ալիեւի կառավարությունը մինչ այժմ մեծ փողեր է ծախսել, սակայն, դա անարդյունք է մնացել, եւ նավթափողերի ներկայիս նվազման ժամանակներում իրավիճակն Ադրբեջանում ամբողջությամ փոխվել է: «Ադրբեջանը կանգնել է ներքին քաղաքականությանն ու սոցիալական կայունությանը սպառնացող գործոններին դեմ հանդիման»,- գրել է «Հուրիեթ»-ը:
