«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Սա շատ իրատեսական  ծրագիր է։ Ցանկացած պրոյեկտ իրատեսական է, երբ դրանում հստակ շահեր կան, Իրանի եւ Հայաստանի համար Եվրոպա դուրս գալու շահն ակնհայտ է, շահը կա ու կա,  դրա կողքին մնում է, որ նաեւ կամք դրսեւորվի  ոչ միայն՝ Եվրոպայի, այլեւ՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական շուկա դուրս գալու ուղղությամբ»,- «168 ժամ» թերթի թղթակից հետ զրույցում այս մասին է ասել Թեհրանի «Արաքս» շաբաթաթերթի խմբագիր, իրանահայ վերլուծաբան Մովսես Քեշիշյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Պարսից ծոցը Սեւ ծովին կապող միջանցքի իրատեսականության հարցին։

Քեշիշյանը նշել է, որ այս եւ ռազմավարական  նշանակություն ունեցող այլ հարցերում ՀՀ իշխանություններն անկախ ներքին եւ արտաքին քաղաքականություն պետք է վարեն։ Ըստ նրա՝ այս հարցում կա ռուսական ազդեցություն։

«Պարզ է, որ Ռուսաստանը գերտերություն է, իր շահերն ու ազդեցությունն ունի տարածաշրջանում, հատկապես՝ հաշվի առնելով այն տնտեսական մենաշնորհները, որոնք ունի Հայաստանում։ Այստեղ Հայաստանի քաղաքականությունն է կարեւոր, պետք է գոնե միջին հասկացողության անկախություն  ձեւավորվի Հայաստանում, որից Հայաստանը ե՛ւ կհզորանա, ե՛ւ ավելի կհարգվի ոչ միայն՝ ռուսի, ամերիկացու, իրանցու կողմից։  Ի վերջո, պետք է կարողանալ եւ հասնել նրան, որ Իրանի հետ սեղանի շուրջ նստենք՝ առանց Ռուսաստանի, առանց ռուսական քաղաքականությունն առաջ մղելու, եւ մասնավորապես՝ պետք է դա անել Պարսից ծոցը Սեւ ծովին կապող ծրագրի հարցում։ Դա դրական կլինի ինչպես՝ հայ-իրանական, այնպես էլ՝ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների համար»,- նման տեսակետ է հայտնել Մովսես Քեշիշյանը։
