Ձեռքերի դող երբեմն առաջանում է նույնիսկ առանց պատճառի: Ոչ վախի զգացում, ոչ անհանգստություն, սակայն ձեռքերը սկսում են դողալ:

Ձեռքերի դողը՝ բժշկական լեզվով՝ տրեմորը, առաջանում է երկու պատճառով՝ ֆիզիոլոգիական ու պաթոլոգիական:

Ֆիզիոլոգիական պատճառների ցանկում են այն դեպքերը, երբ որևէ իրադարձությունից առաջ կամ որևէ իրավիճակում դուք ունենում եք անհանգստություն, վախ:

Երբեմն դա կարող է լինել երկարատև սթրեսների արդյունքում, կամ օրինակ ֆիզիկական ծանր աշխատանքից հետո: Սակայն եթե վերը նշված պատճառներից և ոչ մեկը ձեզ մոտ չկա, ապա դա արդեն պաթոլոգիական խնդիր է:

 

Ներկայացնում ենք այն հիվանդությունները կամ առողջական խնդիրները, որոնք առաջացնում են տրեմոր (ձեռքերի դող):

Եթե դուք ոչնչից չեք վախեցել, չեք անհանգստանում և երկարաժամկետ սթրեսներ չունեք, բայց ձեր ձեռքերը դողում են, ապա սա կարող է լինել մի քանի հիվանդությունների նախանշան կամ արդեն ուղղակի հետևանք:

  1. Ձեռքերի դող առաջանում է շաքարային դիաբետի դեպքում, երբ արյան մեջ գլյուկոզայի քանակը կտրուկ նվազում է
  2. Տիրեոտոկսիկոզի դեպքում, նույնպես ձեռքերը սկսում են դողալ: Տրեմորը առաջանում է վահանագեղձի հորմոնների մակարդակի կտրուկ բարձրացման դեպքում
  3. Տրեմոր առաջանում է նաև մակերիկամների հիվանդությունների դեպքում
  4. Ձեռքերի դող լինում է նաև թունավորումների դեպքում՝ հատկապես ծանր մետաղներով, գազով թունավորվելիս
  5. Տրեմոր առաջանում է նաև ցրված սկլերոզի, , երակային հիվանդությունների և ուղեղի որոշակի վնասվածքների դեպքում
  6. Եթե ձեռքերը դողում են, ապա դա կարող է լինել պարանոցային օսթեոխոնդրոզի հետևանք
  7. Տրեմորը հատուկ է նաև հիպերտոնիկ հիվանդություններ ունեցողների համար

Պարկինսոնի հիվանդությանը նույնպես հատուկ է ձեռքերի ուժեղ ցնցումները

Եթե բժշկի մոտ հետազոտություն անցնելուց հետո վերը նշված հիվանդությունները և ոչ մեկ ձեզ մոտ չեն հայտնաբերել, ապա ձեզ հարկավոր է ընդամենըհանգստացնել նյարդային համակարգը:
