Քաղաքացուն առևանգելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2 անձի

Բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ նախաքննության նպատակով 07.02.2017թ.-ին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ ընդունված` քաղաքացու առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով կատարված քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչներ Ռազմիկ Հովհաննիսյանն ու Գոռ Չոբանյանը, մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, բացահայտ առևանգել են նույն քաղաքի բնակիչ Էդվարդ Սարիբեկյանին և բռնություն գործադրել վերջինիս նկատմամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա պարզվել է, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի Տ. Մեծի 42Ա տանից ոսկյա շղթայի գողության մեջ էդվարդ Սարիբեկյանին կասկածելու և այդ հարցի շուրջ վերջինիս հետ զրուցելու նպատակով հիշյալ տան բնակիչ Ռազմիկ Հովհաննիսյանը և նրա բարեկամ Գոռ Չոբանյանը Է. Սարիբեկյանին առաջարկել են նստել իրենց ավտոմեքենան, այնուհետև միասին մեկնել են Տ. Մեծի պողոտայի վրա գտնվող մեկ այլ վայր: Տեղ հասնելուց հետո Ռ. Հովհաննիսյանը և Գ. Չոբանյանը մի խումբ անձանց հետ Է. Սարիբեկյանից պահանջել են հետ վերադարձնել գողոնը, ապա, անտեսելով նրա` գողության հետ որևէ առնչություն չունենալու վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումները, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, Է. Սարիբեկյանի կամքին հակառակ, սահմանափակել են վերջինիս ազատ տեղաշարժը և շուրջ երկու ժամ նրան ապօրինի զրկել ազատությունից: Այդ ընթացքում Ռ. Հովհաննիսյանը և Գ. Չոբանյանը մի խումբ անձանց հետ ծեծի են ենթարկել Է. Սարիբեկյանին, այնուհետև նույն ավտոմեքենայով և կրկին բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով նրան ապօրինի տեղափոխել են Վանաձոր քաղաքի մեկ այլ վայր, որտեղ վերջինս, ծեծի ենթարկվելուց խուսափելու և առևանգումից ազատվելու համար դիմել է փախուստի, սակայն այդ ընթացքում բարձրությունից վայր է ընկել և ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացել:
Այսպիսով, մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ մարդուն առևանգելու համար Գոռ Չոբանյանին ու Ռազմիկ Հովհաննիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
