Պատվաստումների շնորհիվ Հայաստանում 17 անգամ նվազել են ռոտավիրուսով պայմանավորված հոսպիտալացումները

Ռոտավիրոսով պայմանավորված հոսպիտալացումների քանակը Հայաստանում 2016-2017 թվականների ընթացքում նվազել է 17 անգամ: Մինչ ռոտավիրուսային պատվաստումների ներդրումը յուրաքանչյուր տարի սեզոնային բարձրացումների ժամանակ ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցում հոսպիտալացումների մինչ 53 տոկոսը պայմանավորված էր լինում այդ վիրուսային վարակներով: Այսօր արդեն այդ տոկոսային համամասնությունը կազմում է ընդամենը 3 տոկոս: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին լրագրողների հետ կայացած հանդիպմանն ասաց Իմունկանխարգելման ազգային ծրագրի համակարգող, հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրեն Գայանե Սահակյանը:
«Պատվաստումների անհրաժեշտությունը կարևոր է վարակիչ հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման հարցում: Իմունկանխարգելման շաբաթվա այս տարվա ուղերձն է «Պատվաստումները կարևոր և անհրաժեշտ են մարդուն ամբողջ կյանքի ընթացքում»: Իրազեկում են միայն երեխաների պատվաստումների մասին, բայց կան պատվաստումներ նաև մեծահասակների և ռիսկի խմբերի համար: Մարդն իր ամբողջ կյանքի ընթացքում ունի պատվաստումների կարիք: Պատվաստումների արդյունավետությունն արդեն ապացուցված է: Պատվաստումների բարձր ցուցանիշները ապահովում են ոչ միայն անհատի, այլ նաև հաս արակության պաշտպանվածությունը»,- ասաց Գայանե Սահակյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` ԱՀԿ-ի տվյալներով, եթե համայնքը 90 տոկոսով բավարարում է պատվաստումների ցուցանիշը, ապա տվյալ համայնքն արդեն պաշտպանված է, վիրուսն այլևս չի կարող տարածվել: «2007 թվականից Հայաստանը չունի տեղական տարածման կարմրուկի դեպք: Սա չի նշանակում, որ երկրում ընդհանրապես կարմրուկ չի գրանցվում: Լինում են արտերկրից բերած դեպքեր, երբ կլինիկական ախտանշաններն արձանագրվում են Հայաստանում: Այս դեպքում` դեպքը սահմանափակվում է միայն տվյալ անհատով և տարածում չի գտնում»,-ասաց Գայանե Սահակյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` պատվաստումների ողջ գործընթացն ապացուցել է, որ դրանք տարեկան առնվազն 2-3 մլն մարդու կյանք են փրկում: Այսօր կան արդեն 26 կառավարելի վարակիչ հիվանդություններ, որոնց դեմ կա պատվաստանյութ: Դրանք կարելի է կանխարգելել: Պատվաստումների դերը մեծ է նաև հակամանրէային կայունության կանխարգելման գործում: Պատվաստումների բացակայության դեպքում, վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համար տալիս են հակաբիոտիկներ: Սակայն դրանց երկարատև օգտագործման արդյունքում միկրոբը հակաբիոտիկների նկատմամբ դառնում է կայուն: Պատվաստումները հնարավորություն են տալիս, որ տարեկան մեկ ու կես միլիոն մահվան դեպքեր կանխվեն:
«Ամբողջ աշխարհում նպատակ է դրված, որ պատվաստումներ պետք է հասանելի լինեն բոլորին: Սակայն հաշվարկվում է, որ աշխարհում առնվազն 19,4 երեխա զուրկ է այս հնարավորությունից: Բարեբախտաբար Հայաստանն այդ երկրների ցանկում չէ»,- եզրափակեց Սահակյանը:
Պատվաստումների արդյունավետությունը տարիքի հետ կապված նվազում է: Առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող որոշակի մարդիկ ենթակա չեն պատվաստման:
