Զինվորի զոհվելու դեպքով ձերբակալված կա

ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ 8-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են պայմանագրային զինծառայող Նարեկ Հակոբյանի մահվան՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է։ Պայմանագրային զինծառայող, 1986թ. ծնված Նարեկ Հակոբյանը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է 2017թ. ապրիլի 21-ին՝ ժամը 10:25֊ի սահմաններում, Վայոց Ձորի տարածքում տեղի ունեցած դաշտային պարապմունքների ժամանակ։ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ 8-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի վարույթում ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ զինծառայողի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ՝ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, պարզվել դեպքի վայրում գտնվող անձանց շրջանակը, հարցաքննվել ծառայակիցները։
Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ մասնագիտական պարապմունքներ անցկացնելու ժամանակ նույն զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայող, կրտսեր սերժանտն իրեն ամրակցված «ԱԿՄՍ» ինքնաձիգը մաքրելու ժամանակ խախտել է զենքի հետ վարվելու կանոնները, այն է՝ առանց հավաստիանալու փամփշտանոցում փամփուշտ առկա է, թե՝ ոչ, կրակել է, որի հետևանքով աջ աճուկի վերին հատվածում հրազենային մահացու վիրավորում է ստացել մոտակայքում գտնվող պայմանագրային զինծառայող, շարքային Նարեկ Զավենի Հակոբյանը։
Կրտսեր սերժանտը ձերբակալվել է։
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, ինչպես նաև՝ դատահետքաբանական և դատաձգաբանական համալիր փորձաքննություններ: Շարունակվում են կատարվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
