Հայաստանում 2015թ. հունվար-օգոստոսին խմիչքների արտադրության ծավալը կազմել է 60 մլրդ 904.3 մլն դրամ (մոտ 128 մլն 720 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար), և նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ցուցանիշը նվազել է 20,7 տոկոսով։ Հիմնվելով ՀՀ Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալների վրա, որ նշված ոլորտում անկման բեռը կրում են օղու և օղու-լիկյորի՝ արտադրության (նվազումը 6 տոկոսով մինչև 5 մլն  590.8 հազար լիտր),  կոնյակի (10.7 տոկոսով մինչև 8 մլն 872.6 հազար լիտր), գարեջրի (նվազումը 12.4 տոկոսով մինչև 16 մլն 139.3 հազար լիտր) արտադրության ոլորտները։ 2015թ. առաջին ութ ամիսներին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել են նաև բնական հյութերի արտադրության ծավալները՝ 4.8 տոկոսով, որոնք կազմել են 11 մլն 479.8 հազար լիտր, ինչպես նաև՝ հանքային ջրերինը՝ 19.3 տոկոսով՝ կազմելով 27 մլն 764.3 հազար լիտր։

Մյուս կողմից, գինու հայրենական ձեռնարկություններն արտադրության ցուցանիշը բարելավել են 7.8 տոկոսով. ծավալը կազմել է 3 մլն 485.2 հազար լիտր, շամպայն, գինի արտադրողները՝  6.6 տոկոսով՝ մինչև 225 հազար լիտր։ Միաժամանակ, արտադրվել են 50 մլն 741.3 հազար լիտր ոչ ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքներ (աճը՝ 4.7 տոկոս) և 22 մլն 426.9 հազար լիտր աղբյուրի ջուր (աճը՝ 5.3 տոկոս)։ 

2015թ. հունվար-օգոստոսին Հայաստանում արտադրվել է նաև վիսկի 535.5 հազար լիտրի չափով՝ այն դեպքում, երբ նման խմիչք նախորդ տարի մեր երկրում չի թողարկվել։
