Մահացած հղիի հարազատները քաղհայց են ներկայացրել. գինեկոլոգից պահանջում են 5 մլն դրամ

Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում նորից քննվում է հղի Նարինե Շարոյանի մահվան գործը:
Առաջին ատյանն այլ կազմով այժմ քննում է հարցը՝ արդյոք «Արմավիր» ԲԿ-ի արդեն նախկին բժշկուհի, գինեկոլոգ Հասմիկ Հակոբյանը մեղավոր է կատարված ողբերգության համար:
Նշենք, որ այս դատարանն արդեն իսկ Հակոբյանին մեղավոր էր ճանաչել եւ դատապարտել 2 տարվա պայմանական ազատազրկման, սակայն Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը բեկանել էր որոշումն ու քրեական գործը հետ ուղարկել նույն դատարան՝ այլ կազմով նոր քննության:
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ամբաստանյալի պաշտպան Կրոմվել Գրիգորյանը հայտնեց, որ դատաքննությունը սկսվել է, այս փուլում հարցաքննվում են վկաները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 28-ամյա Նարինե Շարոյանը «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոն էր տեղափոխվել թունավորում ախտորոշմամբ, փսխել էր, այնուհետեւ` ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունք տեղափոխվելուց հետո, նրան կեսարյան հատում էին արել, հեռացրել արգանդը: Վիրահատությունից հետո Նարինեին տեղափոխել էին Երեւանի «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ նա մահացել էր։ 28-ամյա Նարինեն 7 տարեկան երեխա ուներ:
Ըստ փորձաքննության եզրակացության` «Արմավիր» ԲԿ-ում վիրահատությունը կատարվել է ուշացումով։ Փորձագետների կարծիքով, Նարինե Շարոյանի հղի լինելը եւ նրա մոտ մինչեւ այդ ախտորոշված «բարդացած մանկաբարձական անամնեզ» ախտորոշումը, անհրաժեշտ էր ի սկզբանե նրան ընդունել ոչ թե ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունք, այլ մանկաբարձական, որտեղ ժամանակին հնարավոր կլիներ ախտորոշել հղիության հետ կապված բարդությունները եւ փրկել նրա կյանքը։
Մեղադրվող բժշկուհին ասում էր, թե ինքը հղիին ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունք ուղարկելուց առաջ խորհրդակցել է այդ օրը բաժանմունքի պատասխանատու հանդիսացող Արմեն Վարդանյանի հետ: Արմեն Վարդանյանը պնդում էր, որ Հասմիկ Հակոբյանը ինքնուրույն, առանց իր հետ խորհրդակցելու է որոշել հղիին գինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքում պահելու փոխարեն ուղարկել ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունք:
Պաշտպանական կողմը պատահածում մեղադրում էր հղիին վիրահատած գինկելոգ Արմեն Վարդանյանին, որը գործում ներգրավված է որպես վկա եւ վկայություն տալուց հետո հեռացել է Հայաստանից: Մեղադրվող բժշկուհին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պնդել էր, որ Արմեն Վարդանյանը վիրահատության ժամանակ չի կարողացել կանգնեցնել արնահոսությունը։ Բժշկուհու համոզմամբ՝ մեղավորությունը փորձում են իր վրա բարդել, որովհետեւ իր մասնագիտական կարիերան թոշակի անցնելու պատճառով ավարտվել է, մինչդեռ մյուս բժիշկները երիտասարդ են, եւ եթե պարզվի, որ մեղավոր են, չեն կարողանա շարունակել աշխատել:
Տուժող կողմը նաեւ քաղաքացիական հայց է ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով 5 մլն դրամ փոխհատուցում: Նախկինում եւ Արմավիրի դատարանը, եւ Վերաքննիչն առանց քննության են թողել հայցը:
