Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 22-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում: Ժամը 15:40-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Արթիկի գերեզմաններ տանող ճանապարհին տղամարդում դի կա:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված վայր է ժամանել ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ մարզի ոստիկանապետ Արտակ Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել է նաև ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Խորեն Բարխոյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության խումբը՝ մարզի քննչական վարչության պետ Սամվել Սիմոնյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Շիրակի մարզի Գետափ գյուղի բնակիչ, 56-ամյա Մովսես Խաչատրյանն է: Իսկ դիակի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է «Բերետա» տիպի մարտական ատրճանակ և «ԳԱԶ-3102» մակնիշի 609 LL 11 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենա: Այս պահին դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները՝ քննչական բաժնի պետ Կարեն Փթուկյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Հայտնաբերվել է նաև ծոցատետր, որտեղ գրված է. «Ինձ կներեք, ես վատ բան չեմ արել, բոլորիդ սիրում եմ, պարզապես հոգնել եմ ապրելուց»: Քննիչի որոշմամբ, ատրճանակն ու երկտողը առգրավվել է և նշանակվել է մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դիակի դատաբժշկական, մատնահետքաբանական, դատաձգաբանական, ձեռագրաբանական և այլն:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, ինքնասպանություն գործած տղամարդը աշխատում էր Շիրակի մարզի Գետափ գյուղում գրանցված «Գոհարիկ» ՍՊԸ-ում, որպես աշղեկ (պրարաբ), ով Հանրապետությունում ճանաչված շինարարական կազմակերպոււթյան աշղեկ է, նրա եղբայր Սամվելը նույնպես ճանաչված շինարար է և հանդիսանում է «Գոհարիկ» ՍՊԸ-ի հիմնադիրը:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, նրա դին ավտոմեքենայի մեջ հայտնաբերել են եղբայրն ու որդին, իսկ ավտոմեքենան էլ հաշվառված է «Գոհարիկ» ՍՊԸ-ում:
