Թրամփի հարկային բարեփոխման հետեւանքով ԱՄՆ-ում հնարավոր է բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի աճ

ԱՄՆ Ֆինանսների նախարարության գլխավոր նպատակն է պատժամիջոցների միջոցով փակել ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորումը ու բարեփոխել հարկային համակարգը, ԱՄՀ-ի ղեկավար Քրիստին Լագարդի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է ֆինանսների նախարար Սթիվեն Մնուչինը։ Հարկային բարեփոխումը կարող է սկզբնական ժամանակաշրջանում բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի պատճառ դառնալ, հավելել է նա։
«Պատժամիջոցներն իրոք արդյունավետ են։ Եվ մեր գլխավոր նպատակն է դրանց միջոցով կանխել ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորումը։ Մեկ այլ նպատակ է հարկային բարեփոխումը, որը կօգնի շարքային ամերիկացուն ավելի շատ փող ստանալ»,- ասել է նախարարը։
Միաժամանակ Մնուչինը ընդունել է, որ առաջին փուլում բարեփոխումը կարող է որոշ դժվարություններ առաջացնել, օրինակ ավելացնել բյուջետային դեֆիցիտը։ Բայց բարեփոխման նպատակն է բարելավել ամերիկյան տնտեսությունը, ինչը շահավետ է ամբողջ աշխարհին, հավելել է նա։
Նախարարը նաեւ Լագարդին հայտնել է, որ անհամբերությամբ սպասում է նրա հետ աշխատանքին՝ համաշխարհային տնտեսության կայունացմանն ու ամրապնդմանն ուղղված ընդհանուր ջանքերի համատեքստում։
