  1. Выдави из лимона сок и отставь его в сторону. Для этого лечебного средства тебе понадобится только кожура и немного мякоти лимона!

  3. Помести половинки вычищенного лимона прямо на пятки.

  4. Надень носки поверх лимонных корочек. Держи этот исцеляющий компресс на ногах в течение 30 минут. Полчаса для расслабления и восстановления кожи ног — это же совсем немного! Но результат порадует…

  5. Спустя 30 минут сними носки, выбрось половинки лимона и взгляни на свои пяточки. Лимонная мякоть и кожура содержат эфирные масла, которые смягчат кожу и обновят ее: все старые клетки кожи легко удаляются.Трещины на пятках станут менее заметны уже после первой процедуры, а если ты будешь проводить такое лечение регулярно, кожа ступней будет безупречной!

  6. Нанеси немного увлажняющего крема или масла на ступни. Я обычно использую кокосовое масло, очень люблю его действие…Этот завершающий штрих укрепит кожу и поможет пяточкам долго оставаться гладкими! После лимонного скрабирования питательные вещества масла или крема очень хорошо проникнут в глубинные слои кожи. Это и есть эффективное лечение трещин!
