Որքան էլ մենք շատ ժամանակ տրամադրենք մարմնի հիգիենային, մարմնի վրա մնում են հատվածներ, որոնք մաքուր չեն լինում։ Արդյունքում՝ մեր մարմինը դառնում է հարմար վայր տասնյակ բակտերիաների բնադրմանև բազմացման համար։ Նույնիսկ նրանք, ովքեր օրվա ընթացքում երկու կամ երեք անգամ լոգանք են ընդունում, մարմնի այս կարևոր հատվածներն միևնույնն է լիակատար մաքուր չեն լինում։
Կարծու՞մ եք ձեր մարմնի ամենակեղտոտ հատվածը սրբանն է (հետանցք) կամպոտրը: Գիտնականների կարծում էին՝ մարդու մարմնի հենց այս հատվածն ամենակեղտոտն է։ Դրանում կարող են հավաքվել մահացած մաշկի հատվածներ, օճառի մասեր և այլն։ Սա բակտերիաների զարգացման համար իդեալական միջավայր է հանդիսանում։
Հարվարդի համալսարանի գիտնակնները վերջերս հայտնաբերել է 615 տեսակի բակտերիաներ, որոնք բնակվում են բերանի, լեզվի և կոկորդի հատվածում: Բացի այդ, եղունգները պարունակում են բազմաթիվ բակտերիաներ, որոնց անհնար է նկատել անզեն աչքով: Բերանից զատ քիթը և աչքերը նույնպես պարունակում են բազմաթիվ վնասակար մանրէներ, որոնք հակահիգենիկ են:

Մեր աչքերի անկյուններում կան բակտերիաներ: Աչքի թաղանթը հավաքում է կեղտ՝ աչքը պաշտպանելով բազմաթիվ ինֆեկցիաներից: Եթե ձեր աչքը վնասվել է, ապա երբեք ձեռքով չկչեք, այն կարող է վատ հետևանքներ ունենալ:

Հարյուրավոր բակտերիաներ են բնակվում բերանի խոռոչում, ուստի խորհուրդ է տրվում օրեկան առնվազն երկու անգամ լվանալ ատամներն ու բերանի խոռոչը:

Երբեմն քթի խոռոչում քոր եք զգում, ապա այն կանխելու համար կարող է արտադրություն հոսել, որն էլ կարող է հանդիսանալ ինֆեկիցայի պատճառ:
