ՀՅԴ-ՀՀԿ հնարավոր կոալիցիայի շուրջ բանակցությունները վերջնական փուլում են, և առաջիկայում երկու կողմերն էլ հանդես կգան հայտարարությամբ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին ապրիլի 24-ին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը: Նրա խոսքով` նախորդ տարվա փետրվա րին կնքված համաձայնագիրն անժամկետ էր, և այն բարեփոխումները, որոնք ամրագրված են այդ համաձայնագրով այժմ որոշակի ճշգրտման կարիք ունեն:
«Ընտրություններից հետո նախորդ ժամանակահատվածի ձեռքբերումները լայն թափով առաջ տանելու անհրաժեշտություն կա: Նախկինում չի եղել նախարարական պորտֆելի փոփոխություններ, և, կարծում եմ, ներկայումս էլ չի լինելու կոնկրետ նախարարության կամ քվոտայի որևէ դրույթ, քանի որ, ի վերջո, երկու քաղաքական ուժերի միավորմամբ` պետք է ստանանք ավելի հզոր բարեփոխումներն առաջ տանող միավոր, այլ ոչ թե առանձին վերաբաժանման խնդիր դնենք: Կապ չունի, թե նախարարությունները քանիսն են` պատասխանատվությունը կրում ենք ամբողջի համար»,- ասաց նախարարը` հավելելով , որ խնդիրը միայն թվաբանական մեծության մեջ չէ, բարեփոխումներն ազգային հենքի վրա տեղափոխելու հարցն է։
Նախարարի կարծիքով` մինչև օրենքով նախատեսված կարգով խորհրդարանի առաջին նիստը պարզ կլինի ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ կոալիցիայի շուրջ բանակցությունների ավարտի մասին:
