Ինչու են Բաքվում արգելափակել ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների հեռարձակումը

Ադրբեջանական haqqin.az առցանց պարբերականը անդրադաձրել է ադրբեջանական հասարակության մեջ պառակտում առաջացրած խնդրին, այն է՝ ТНТ և ТНТ 4 ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների հեռարձակման դադարեցմանը։
Ադրբեջանական КАТV 1 կաբելային հեռարձակում ապահովող ընկերությունը պարզաբանել է, որ արգելափակումների պատճառը Հայոց ցեղասպանությունն ու դրա վերաբերյալ հեռարձակվող հոլովակներն են, և նշել, որ երկու ալիքներն էլ հասանելի կլինեն ապրիլի 25-ից։
Իր անդրադարձում ադրբեջանական պարբերականը նշում է, որ այս արգելքի հարցում որոշիչ դերակատարություն է ունեցել այդ ալիքներում հայազգի դերակատարների՝ Արթուր Ջանիբեկյանի, Գարիկ Մարտիրոսյանի, Միշա Գալուստյանի, Արարատ Քեշչյանի գործոնը, ովքեր սերտորեն կապված են ТНТ և ТНТ 4 ալիքների հետ։ Առավել մեծ շեշտադրություն կատարվում է Արթուր Ջանիբեկյանի վրա, ով հանդիսանում է Comedy Club Production հեղինակավոր ստուդիայի հիմնադիր ղեկավարը, իսկ 2011 թվականից գլխավորում է Ռուսաստանի և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի խոշորագույն մեդիամիավորման՝ «Գազպրոմ մեդիա» ընկերության «Գազպրոմ մեդիա ժամանցային հեռուստատեսություն» ենթահոլդինգի ղեկավարը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ հենց հենց այդ հոլդինգին են պատկանում ТНТ, ТВ-3, «Пятница!», ТНТ 4, «2х2» հեռուստաալիքները, Comedy Club Production և «А Плюс продакшн» ընկերությունները։
Ուշագրավ է Haqqin-ի այն դիտարկումը, որ այս տրամաբանությամբ պետք է արգելափակել ռուսական գրեթե ցանկացած ալիք, քանի որ բոլոր ալիքներում էլ կարելի է գտնել հայկական գործոն ու հայ դերակատարներ, և ТНТ-ն ու TНТ4-ը ամենևին էլ բացառություն չեն այս առումով։
Ըստ պարբերականի՝ ադրբեջանական հասարակության համար այս անջատումները պառակտումների և վիրտուալ բանավեճերի պատճառ են դարձել։ Հասարակության մի որոշ մասը պահպանում է չեզոքությունը, իսկ ավելի մեծ հատվածը բաժանվել է երկու խմբերի, որոնք սկսել են քննադատել ու մեղադրել միմյանց։ Առաջի խումբը, որի անդամները կողմ են հայկական ալիքների արգելափակմանը, ծանր քննադատության է ենթարկում երկրորդ խմբին, որի ներկայացուցիչները կարծում են, որ այդ երկու ալիքները Ռուսաստանի լավագույն ալիքներն են, և ցանկանում են դիտել դրանք՝ անկախ ամեն ինչից։ Բանը հասել է նրան, որ առաջին ճամբարի ներկայացուցիչները կասկածի տակ են դրել իրենց հայրենակիցների «հայրենասիրական միտումները» և վերջիններիս մեղադրել «հայկականի հանդեպ սեր» ունենալու մեջ։ Թերևս սա էլ նույնպես ադրբեջանական հասարակությանը հատուկ վարքագիծ է, որը բացահայտում է նրանց՝ որպես հասարակության, տկար և թերհաս լինելը։
