Ակտիվացրած ածխով դիետան բաժանվում է մի քանի տեսակի՝ կախված հաբերի ընդունման ձևից:
Տարբերակ առաջին
Այս դիետան տևում է երեք շաբաթ: Անհրաժեշտ է սննդի յուրաքանչյուր ընդունումից առաջ՝ առավոտյան, ճաշին և երեկոյան, ընդունել ակտիվացրած ածխի հաբեր (մարմնի քաշի 10 կգ-ի դիմաց մեկ հաբ): Յուրաքանչյուր յոթ օրը մեկ հարկավոր է դադար անել: Այս կերպ կարելի է ազատվել մինչև 6 կգ ավելորգ քաշից:
Տարբերակ երկրորդ
Այս տարբերակը ամենաերկարատևն է և իրենցից ներկայացնում է հաբերի ընդունման մի սխեմա: Առաջին օրը հարկավոր է առավոտյան սոված փորին ընդունել ակտիվացրած ածխի 10 հաբ և ամեն օր ավելացնել այդ 10-ին ևս 2-ը: Հարկավոր է շարունակել այս կերպ, մինչև օրական ընդունված հաբերի քանակը հասնի 30-ի:
Տարբերակ երրորդ
Ակտիվացրած ածխի հաբերն անհրաժեշտ է խմել մեկ բաժակ ջրով: Ցանկալի է դեղահաբերի ընդունումից հետո մոտ 20 րոպե ոչինչ չուտել:
Ածխային դիետայի ավարտից հետո առաջին մի քանի օրն անհրաժեշտ է սննդակարգի մեջ ներառել մրգային և հատապտղային ուտեստներ, իսկ այնուհետև վերադառնալ սովորական սննդակարգին: Շատ կարևոր է ուտելիքը չչարաշահելը, քանի որ ճարպային կուտակումները կարող են շատ արագ վերադառնալ:
Սննդի մեջ կարելի է օգտագործել անյուղ միս, ձուկ, ձու, ցածր յուղայնությամբ կաթնամթերք, մրգային ու հատապտղային հյութեր, սև հաց, միրգ ու բանջարեղեն: Սակայն հարկավոր է սահմանափակել աղի, կենդանական ծագման ճարպերի, թխվածքների, քաղցրավենիքի, ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքների, յուղոտ մսի օգտագործումը: Բացի այդ, խորհուրդ է տրվում ամեն օր խմել մինչև 2 լիտր մաքուր ջուր:
Հարկ է նաև հիշել, որ դրական արդյունքների հասնելու համար հարկավոր է պարբերաբար կատարել ֆիզիկական վարժություններ:
Ակտիվացրած ածուխով դիետան ունի մի շարք հակացուցումներ նյութափոխանակության, սրտի, աղեստամոքսային համակարգի հիվանդություններ ունեցողների համար: Այս դիետան խորհուրդ չի տրվում այն մարդկանց, ովքեր միևնույն ժամանակ օգտագործում են այլ դեղամիջոցներ:
