Որակյալ ճարտարապետությունը չի նայում դժվարություններին, այն հնարավոր է ստեղծել նաև սուղ միջոցներով, ունենալ շատ գեղեցիկ գործեր, որոնք կմնան դարերի ընթացքում: Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 5-ին ՀՀ կառավարության նիստերի դահլիճում Ճարտարապետի միջազգային օրվան նվիրված հանդիսավոր նիստին նշեց Հայաստանի ճարտարապետների միության նախագահ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը:
«Ուզում եմ, որ այն բոլոր իղձերը, որոնք ունի յուրաքանչյուր ճարտարապետ, իրագործվեն: Ճարտարապետությունը շատ բարդ արվեստ է, որը նաև խթանում է տնտեսության զարգացումը, ստեղծում մարդու համար հարմարավետ և կայուն միջավայր: Դրա համար պետք է մեծ նվիրվածություն»,- ասաց Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը:
Նիստը գլխավորում էր ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ով նշեց, որ ադեն երկրորդ տարին հատուկ արժևորվում և նշվում է Ճարտարապետի միջազգային օրը: Նա, որպես կառավարության ղեկավար, շեշտեց, որ Կառավարությունը շատ կարևորում է ճարտարապետների ազգային-ավանդական մասնագիտությունը:
«Հայկական ժամանակակից ճարտարապետությունը` շարունակելով ոլորտի հարուստ ավանդույթներն, այսօր էլ ստեղծում է շինություններ, որոնցով հպարտանում ենք և որոնք մեր երկրի դեմքն են: Երբ մենք՝ հայերս, քննական հայացքով փորձում ենք գնահատել, թե ինչ ենք տվել, ինչով ենք հետաքրքիր աշխարհին, առաջինների թվում առանձին հպարտությամբ նշում ենք հայ ճարտարապետությունը»,- ընդգծեց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
«Սիրելի ճարտարապետներ, ձեր ստեղծագործ միտքն աշխարհի ամենատարբեր երկրներում իրավամբ թողել է հայկական հետքեր: Դեռ 2009թ. Ճարտարապետների համահայկական 1-ին համաժողովի արդյունքում ձևավորված մասնագիտական ընկերակցությունն այս տարիներին ակտիվ գործել է, ինչի արդյունքում աշխարհով մեկ սփռված հայ ճարտարապետները հնարավորություն են ունեցել ներկայացնել բազմաթիվ համատեղ նախագծեր», - հանդիսավոր նիստին նշեց ՀՀ Սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը:
Ճարտարապետների միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ կազմակերպված միջոցառմանը Հայաստանի և սփյուռքից ժամանած ճարտարապետներին մեդալներ շնորհեցին ՀՀ վարչապես Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը և Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
