Թուրքիան կրկին ԵԽԽՎ մոնիտորինգի տակ է. որոշումն ընդունվեց 113 կողմ ձայնով

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովն ապրիլի 25-ին քվեարկության արդյունքում որոշում է կայացրել Թուրքիայի վերադարձնել մոնիտորինգի տակ գտնվող երկրի կարգավիճակը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է ԵԽԽՎ-ն:
Առաջարկին կողմ են քվեարկել ԵԽԽՎ տարբեր երկրների 113 պատվիրակ, դեմ` 45-ը, ձեռնպահ` 12-ը: Թուրքիան կառույցի կողմից մոնիթորինգի տակից հանվել էր 2004 թվականին:
ԵԽԽՎ որոշման մեջ նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ համագործակցությունը շարունակելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ այդ երկիրը կատարի ներկայացված առաջարկները: ԵԽԽՎ Թուրքիայի հարցով զեկուցողներ Մարիան Միկկոյի (Էստոնիա) և Ինգեբյորգ Գոդսքեսենի (Նորվեգիա) պատրաստած զեկույցում խստորեն քննադատվում է 2016 թվականի հուլիսին ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո հայտարարված և երեք անգամ երկարաձգված արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում կայացվող որոշումները` նշելով, որ դրանք վնասում են Թուրքիայում ժողովրդավարական կառույցների գործունեությունը:
ԵԽԽՎ-ում Հայաստանի պատվիրակության անդամ Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը մեկնաբանել է քվեարկության արդյունքները` ասելով. «ԵԽԽՎ-ն, ձայների բացարձակ մեծամասնությամբ, որոշում կայացրեց Թուրքիային վերադարձնել իր նախկին՝ մոնիտորինգի տակ գտնվող երկրի կարգավիճակը, կապված այդ երկրում ժողովրդավարության և մարդու իրավունքների վատթարացող իրավիճակի հետ։ Սա լրջագույն քաղաքական որոշում է։ Թուրքիան, մինչև քվեարկությունը, հայտարարում էր, այդ պարագայում, ընդհուպ ԵԽ-ին իր անդամակցությունը դադարեցնելը դիտարկելու նպատակահարմարությունը։ Թուրքիա- Եվրոպա սուր Õ �ակամարտության ևս մեկ ռաունդ երաշխավորված է»։
