Տարոն Մարգարյան. «Ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքներում չպետք է տարանջատել կենտրոնական կամ երկրորդական փողոցները»

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին զեկուցվել է, որ քաղաքապետարանի 2017 թվականի ծրագրով մայրաքաղաքի փողոցներում և բակային տարածքներում մեծ թափով շարունակվում են ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքները: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է վերահսկել դրանց որակյալ կատարման ապահովումն ու զուգահեռաբար սկսել նաև փոսանորոգման հիմնական աշխատանքները:
«Մրցույթը շահած և շինարարությունն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների առջև հստակ պահանջ դրեք աշխատանքները կազմակերպել այնպես, որ փողոցների որոշակի հատվածները կտրելուց շատ կարճ ժամանակ հետո ապահովվի ասֆալտապատումը: Ընդ որում, անընդունելի են այն արդարացման փորձերը, թե որոշակի ձգձգումներ կան բացառապես երկրորդական կամ երրորդական փողոցներում: Նման տարանջատումն ընդհանրապես մոռացե՛ք: Ինձ համար Երևանի բոլոր փողոցներն են կենտրոնական ու կարևոր: Եվ բոլորիդ կհորդորեմ, որ նույն սկզբունքով մոտենաք հարցին և ասֆալտապատման ու փոսանորոգման աշխատանքների ընթացքը պահեք ձեր ամենօրյա խիստ հսկողության տակ», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ զեկուցվել է, որ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ հասարակական ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման նկատմամբ իրականացվող ամենօրյա հսկողության շրջանակում կազմվել է 21 արձանագրություն: Համապատասխան քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել նաև կանգառասրահների բարեկարգման, ավտոկայանատեղի համար ապօրինի գումարների գանձման դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ: Անդրադառնալով հասարակական տրանսպորտի սպասարկման որակի նկատմամբ իրականացվող հսկողությանը՝ քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է վարչական շրջանների համապատասխան ծառայությունների հետ համատեղ շարունակել հատկապես երեկոյան ժամերին և հանգստյան օրերին բոլոր երթուղիներում շարժակազմերի անհրաժեշտ խմբաքանակի ապահովման ու քաղաքացիների պատշաճ սպասարկման մշտադիտարկումները, իսկ սպասարկման հարցում թերացողների նկատմամբ կիրառել օրենքով սահմանված վարչական ամենախիստ միջոցները:
