Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել է ԵԽԽՎ հետ հարաբերությունները վերանայելու մասին

Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը դժգոհ է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի որոշումից` Թուրքիային վերադարձնել մոնիտորինգի տակ գտնվող երկրի կարգավիճակը: Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն նման որոշումը որակել է որպես «քաղաքական մոտիվներ» ունեցող:
«Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ մոնիտորինգի գործընթացը վերսկսելու մասին որոշումն ամոթալի է ԵԽԽՎ-ի համար»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ: Թուրքական կողմը նշել է, որ իրենք պայքարում են ժամանակակից Եվրոպայում քսենոֆոբիայի և իսլամաֆոբիայի տարածման դեմ, և հենց դա է չարամիտ շրջանակների կողմից հակաթուրքական զգացմունքայնության շարժառիթներից մեկը:
ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ նշվել է, թե նման չարամիտ շրջանակների ազդեցությանն իրենք ականատես եղան նաև հանրաքվեի ընթացքը վերահսկելու նպատակով Թուրքիա եկած ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության կազմում որոշ անդամների պարագայում, ովքեր «ընտրվել էին ահաբեկչական խմբավորման համակիրների շարքից»:
«Մոնիտորինգային գործընթացը վերսկսելու մասին որոշումն այս վնասակար խմբերի գործունեության ևս մեկ տեսարանն է: Նման որոշումը Թուրքիային այլընտրանք չի թողնում, քան վերանայել իր հարաբերությունները ԵԽԽՎ հետ»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովն ապրիլի 25-ին քվեարկության արդյունքում որոշում է կայացրել Թուրքիայի վերադարձնել մոնիտորինգի տակ գտնվող երկրի կարգավիճակը: Առաջարկին կողմ են քվեարկել ԵԽԽՎ տարբեր երկրների 113 պատվիրակ, դեմ` 45-ը, ձեռնպահ` 12-ը: Թուրքիան կառույցի կողմից մոնիթորինգի տակից հանվել էր 2004 թվականին:
ԵԽԽՎ որոշման մեջ նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ համագործակցությունը շարունակելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ այդ երկիրը կատարի ներկայացված առաջարկները: ԵԽԽՎ Թուրքիայի հարցով զեկուցողներ Մարիան Միկկոյի (Էստոնիա) և Ինգեբյորգ Գոդսքեսենի (Նորվեգիա) պատրաստած զեկույցում խստորեն քննադատվում է 2016 թվականի հուլիսին ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո հայտարարված և երեք անգամ երկարա ձգված արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում կայացվող որոշումները` նշելով, որ դրանք վնասում են Թուրքիայում ժողովրդավարական կառույցների գործունեությունը:
