Վրաստան-Իրան համագործակցությունն ու ՀՀ շահը. ի՞նչ պետք է հաշվի առնի մեր պետությունը

Վրացագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանն այսօր «Պոստ Սկրիպտում» մամուլի ակումբում նշեց, որ Իրանի արտգործնախարար Ջավար Զարիֆի այցը Վրաստան երկար սպասված էր: Այս մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը:
Մելիքյանը հայտնեց, որ դրանից հետո մի քանի օր անց արդեն Վրաստանի վարչապետը պաշտոնական այց ունեցավ Թեհրան:
Ըստ բանախոսի՝ հանդիպումների ժամանակ ստորագրվել են մի շարք կարևոր փաստաթղթեր՝ առևտրի ոլորտի, երիտասարդների միջև համագործակցության, ինչպես նաև գյուղատնտեսության հարցերի վերաբերյալ:
Վրացագետի խոսքով՝ թեև Վրաստանի ակնկալիքներն Իրանի մասով մեծ են, այնուամենայնիվ, Վրաստանի արտաքին քաղականության մեջ կան սահմանափակումներ: «Վրացական կողմը ցանկանում էր, որ երկու պետություններն ավելի շատ կենտրոնանան տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման վրա: Անգամ եղել են առաջարկներ, որ իրանական կողմը ներդնումներ կատարի Վրաստանում, ինչպես նաև զարգացնեն տուրիզմը: Ամեն դեպքում նրանք փորձելու են ստեղծել տարածաշրջանային միջանցք, որն էլ կմիացնի Պարսից Ծոցը Սև ծովի հետ: Այս հարցում հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ հայտարարության մեջ թվարկվել են տարածաշրջանի երկրները: Նշված էին հետևյալ ուղղությունները՝ Վրաստան-Հայաստան-Իրան, ինչպես նաև Վրաստան-Ադրբեջան-Իրան, ինչն էլ ցույց է տալիս, որ մեկ հստակ ուղղության վրա չեն կենտրոնացել ու փորձելու են զարգացնել առևտրային հարաբերություններն ու դրանց ենթակառուցվածքները»,-հայտնեց Ջ.Մելիքյանը:
Տարածաշրջանային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի գիտաշխատող Ջոնի Մելիքյանի կարծիքով՝ տվյալ հարցում Երևանն էլ ավելի ակտիվ պետք է լինի, որպեսզի ունենա շահեկան դիրքեր: «Սխեման աշխատելու է հետեւյալ կերպ՝ Իրանը գազը պետք է անցկացնի Հայաստանի սահմանով դեպի Վրաստան: Վրաստանն էլ հանելով x քանակությամբ գազն արտադրելու է էլեկտրաէներգիա ու այդ էլեկտրաէներգիան էլ նորից մեր երկրի տարածքով փոխանցվելու է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն»,-եզրափակեց փորձագետը:
